AbstractCarcinoma with apocrine differentiation is a rare subtype constituting ~1% of all invasive breast carcinomas. Patients tend to be older compared with patients with invasive breast carcinomas NST. Essential criteria: Invasive breast carcinoma with apocrine morphology in >90% of tumor cells Desirable criteria: ER-negative, PR-negative and AR-positive immunoprofile.
