| Abstract | يدرس هذا البحث دور القرآن في تعزيز حرية الإنسان، ويأتي ضمن المحور الثاني: (جوانب بناء الإنسان في القرآن الكريم)، فمحور الرسالة هو الإنسان الذي خلقه الله وكرمه وأمره بعبادته وحده واستعمار الأرض، وتعاني البشرية من كثير من الخلط في المفاهيم، وتجنح إلى الإلحاد وتشويه الدين من جديد، والإسلام محور النقد، خاصة في مسالة الحرية، فأحببت أن أبين دور القرآن في بناء هذه الحرية وتعزيزها. أما أهمية هذا الموضوع فهو من جانبين، حيث بيان هذا الدور القرآني في أهم حقوق الإنسان، ثم الذب عن القرآن خصوصا والإسلام عموما في قيمة أساسية تزعمها كثير من الحضارات، وهي هذه الحرية المتفق على احترامها، المختلف في تحقيقها وتصورها. ومن هنا فأهداف البحث هي الكشف عن هذا الدور القرآني في تعزيز الحرية، ومعرفة محاور هذه الحرية، والاطلاع على موقع الحرية بين الحقوق الإنسانية الأخرى التي كرم الله بها الإنسان، وبالتالي تهدف إلى الرد على الشبهات التي أثيرت على القرآن والإسلام في موضوع الحرية وحقوق الإنسان. وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يكون هيكله في مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، كما يأتي: - المبحث الأول: موقع الإنسان في القرآن - المبحث الأول: ربط القرآن حريةَ الإنسان بالغايةِ من خلقه - المبحث الثاني: تعزيز القرآن لمبدأ الحرية - الخاتمة، وفيها أهم نتائج الدراسة |

| Alternative Abstract | This paper aims at finding how the Qur’an is concerned with enhancing human freedom. The pillar of the Islamic message is the Mankind, whom God Has created to worship Him alone, and to use the earth in the way where he or she can fulfill the needs of this message. Humanity nowadays suffers from mixing between concepts; it tends to Atheism and corrupting religions again. Islam is not far from criticism, particularly in one of the greatest values, which form the pillar of humanity: Freedom. Accordingly, I wish I could clarify how the Qur’an has built this freedom and supported it. The importance of the paper is from two sides: That the Qur’an has a great interest in Human rights, and we need to refute all suspicions regarding freedom and human rights, which many civilizations claim to have, but differ in understand and apply. The aim of this paper is to clarify the Qur’anic role in enhancing freedom, to know its aspects, its position between other rights, and to refute all suspicions raised against the Qur’an in this issue. Accordingly, the paper includes a Preface about the human position in the Qur’an, then Section 1 about human freedom and its relationship with the aim of creating him as mentioned in the Qur’an, and Section 2 about the human freedom is his real dignity, then the end with conclusions. |
