| Abstract | يقدم هذا البحث أول دراسة وتحقيق لكتاب في الطب الأندلسي عثرت على مخطوطة له مغربية ضمن محفوظات المكتبة الحسنية بالرباط عدد 10404 وأثبتنا أن الكتاب لطبيب أندلسي قديم اسمه أبو محمد عبد ﷲ بن محمد السوسي (ت.403هـ) له ترجمة فريدة في كتاب التكملة بين فيها أن للسوسي كتاب في المجربات الطبية. وقد قدمنا للكتاب وحققناه على تلك المخطوطة المغربية وزودنا النص بثلاثة فهارس فنية واحد للأدوية وفهرس للآلات وفهرس للعلل والأعراض |

| Alternative Abstract | This article gives the first critical edition of an Andalusian medical book found in manuscript Rabat Hasaniyya Library 10404. I have proved that the author of this book was a Andalusian physician named Abū Muḥammad ʽAbd Allāh b. Muḥammad al-Sūsī, and the edited text contains the medical experiments mentioned by Ibn al-Abbār in his Tak-mila. This paper also contains an analysis of the source and three technical indexes, of medicines, machines and diseases and symptoms. |
