| Abstract | تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع المشاركة الوالدية في رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر المشرفات التربويات والمعلمات في دولة الكويت، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ بحيث تم تصميم استبانة مؤلفة من (29) عبارة موزعة على أربعة مجالات: التواصل، التطوع، صنع القرار، الصعوبات. وتم توزيعها على عينة بلغت (666) معلمة ومشرفة تربوية في رياض الأطفال الحكومية. وأظهرت النتائج أن واقع المشاركة الوالدية في مجال التواصل من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، أما في مجالات التطوع وصناعة القرار والصعوبات جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات العينة تعزى لمتغير المهنة، بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات العينة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. وفي ضوء النتائج، تم وضع العديد من التوصيات من ضمنها ضرورة العناية بالمشاركة الوالدية خاصة في مجالي التطوع وصنع القرار. |

| Alternative Abstract | The study aims to discover the reality of parental involvement in kindergarten from teachers and supervisors’ point of view in the State of Kuwait. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher used descriptive analytical approach where a questionnaire was developed consisting of (29) items that was divided into four domains: communication, volunteering, decision-making and difficulties. The study sample consisted of (666) teachers and educational supervisors. The results showed that the reality of parental participation in the area of communication, from the viewpoint of the sample participants is high, while in the areas of volunteering, decision-making and difficulties is moderate. Furthermore, results proved that there are statistical differences attributed to the participants’ career and there are no statistical differences attributed to work experience. In light of the results, several recommendations were made, including the need to value the parental participation, especially in the areas of volunteering and decision-making. |
