| Abstract | ﯾﺘﻨﺎول اﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮع ﻓﻜﺮة إﻧﺸﺎء اﻟﻤﺤﻜﻤﺔ وﻏﺎﯾﺘﮭﺎ اﻟﻤﺘﻤﺜﻠ ﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺗﯿﺴﯿﺮ ﺗﺴﻮﯾﺔ الﻨﺰا عات ذات اﻟﺼﻠﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺤﻘﻞ اﻟﺮﯾﺎﺿﻲ ﻋﻦ طريق اﻟﻮﺳﺎطﺔ واﻟﺘﺤﻜﯿﻢ، واﺳﺘﻌﺮاض ﻧﻈﺎﻣﮭﺎ اﻷﺳﺎﺳﻲ وﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﮫ، وﻗﻮاﻋﺪ وإﺟﺮاءات اﻟﻤﺠﻠﺲ اﻟﺪوﻟﻲ ﻟﻠﺘﺤﻜﯿﻢ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻨﺰاﻋﺎت اﻟﺮﯾﺎﺿﯿﺔ وﻣﺤﻜﻤﺔ اﻟﺘﺤﻜﯿﻢ اﻟﺮﯾﺎﺿﻲ، وﻗﻮ اﻋﺪ وإﺟﺮاءات اﻟﻮﺳﺎطﺔ ﻓﻲ النزاعات اﻟﺮﯾﺎﺿﯿﺔ واﻟﺠﮭﺎت ﺻﺎﺣﺒﺔ اﻟﺤﻖ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺘﻘﺪم ﺑﺘﻈﻠﻤﺎت او ﺷﻜﺎوى أﻣﺎم أي ﻣﻦ ﺗﻠﻚ الآليات وﻣﺘﻰ ﯾﻜﻮن ذﻟﻚ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﺎ واﻟﻤﺴ ،واﻵﺛﺎر اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻧﯿﺔ ﻟﻠﻘﺮارات واﻷﺣﻜﺎم واﻟﻔﺘﺎوى اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺼﺪر .وﺗﺘﻤﺜﻞ أھﻤﯿﺔ ﺗﻨﺎول اﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮع ﻓﻲ ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ اﻷﺟﮭﺰة اﻟﺮﯾﺎﺿﯿﺔ و اﻟﺮﯾﺎﺿﯿﯿﻦ وﻛﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﻤﻌﻨﯿﯿﻦ ﺑﺎﻷﻧﺸﻄﺔ اﻟﺮﯾﺎﺿﯿﺔ بما ﻟﮭﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻘﻮق واﻟﺘﺰاﻣﺎت وآﻟﯿﺎت ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺘﮭﺎ دوﻟﯿﺎ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻨﺎﺣﯿﺔ اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻧﯿﺔ .وقد اﺘﺒﻊ ﻓﻲ عرض الموضوع اﻟﻤﻨﮭﺞ اﻟﻮﺻﻔﻲ واﻟﺘﺤﻠﯿﻠﻲ اﻟﻤﻘﺎرن ﻟﻨﻈﺎم اﻟﻤﺤﻜﻤﺔ اﻟﺮﯾﺎﺿﯿﺔ اﻟﺪوﻟﯿﺔ |

| Alternative Abstract | The subject is concerning the idea of the establishment of the Court and its purpose of facilitating the settlement of disputes related to the sports field through mediation and arbitration, and analysis its Statute, the rules and procedures of the International Council of arbitration in disputes sports and the arbitration court of sports, rules and procedures of mediation in sports disputes, and which entities has the right to complaints before any of those mechanisms, and what are the legal effects of decisions and judgments, advisory opinions issued. This study aims at defining every sports entity officials or not and all concerned sports activities to their rights and obligations and legal methods of protection them. The study will follow the descriptive and analytical approach in comparative with international sports court system. |
