In this paper, two different systems, a pH process and a DC motor, are considered for networked control, where pH is a non-linear system and the DC motor is a linear system. Majority of the industries use the water as their main source for manufacturing their products. Waste water treatment is a major issue where the quality of the waste water is connected with the pH value measured in the water. Most of the industries use the DC motor to run their machines for different applications. Control of the DC motor for multiple applications is considered as a difficult process in which all the motors are to run at the same speed. Therefore to control both pH and DC motor, a Networked Control System is proposed to connect the process with the controllers. According to the proposed system Fuzzy Logic Controller under the networked environment, where the settling time and overshoot of pH and DC motor have been 60 s and 0%, and 8 s and 5.3%, respectively, have shown better results than the other controller.
