| الملخص | تتحدث هذه الدراسة عن موقع الفن في تحقيق الدينامية الاحتجاجية الجديدة، وعن دوره في ترجمة قضايا المواطنين ومشاكلهم الاجتماعية والسياسية، والتعبير عن وجودهم الاجتماعي ووعيهم النقدي المتمرد، وقد انطلقنا من افتراضٍ مفاده؛ أن الفعل الاحتجاجي لا يمكن اختزاله في أشكاله التقليدية المعتادة كالمسيرات والمظاهرات والوقفات والاعتصامات المدنية وغيرها من أدوات الاحتجاج، بل خلق الإنسان لنفسه مساحة جديدة للاحتجاج الجماعي أو الفردي؛ كأغاني الألتراس وأهازيج الملاعب والأغاني الشعبية الناقدة وشعارات المظاهرات وترانيم الثورة أو الفردية؛ كالكتابة على الجدران والكوميديا الساخرة، وغيرها من الأنماط التعبيرية المتعددة. وعلى هذا الأساس يمكن أن تتخذ الحركات الاجتماعية هذه الأشكال الفنية الاحتجاجية كخيار استراتيجي لتحقيق تطلعات الشعوب. |

| الملخص البديل | This study addresses the relationship between art and the new dynamic of protest. Particularly, the study examines the role of art in conveying the citizens’ concerns and their tribulations, and its role in expressing their social existence as well as their critical and revolutionary mind. The study starts from the hypothesis that protest is not limited to the customary traditional ways such as protest marches, nonviolent resistance, vigils, sit-ins, and others. Rather, people nowadays have devised new ways for individual or collective protest in line with nowadays life including ultras’ songs in stadiums, folk protest songs, graffiti, comic irony, revolutionary and protest slogans and chants, beside other expressive means. As such, this study emphasizes that art has become a good strategic option for social protest movements and societies to express their existence in the public life, their concerns, and future aspirations. |
