| Abstract | تسعى الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مواطن الأزمة في البحث الشرعي المعاصر؛ بالاستناد إلى مقومات المنهجية الإسلامية الأصيلة، كمقدمات في المعالجة والإصلاح. وقد توسلت الدراسة بالمنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج الاستنباطي في تتبع مواطن الخلل المنهجي في البحوث الشرعية ومحاكمتها إلى ثوابت النظرية المنهجية الإسلامية تالياً، إضافة إلى المنهج التحليلي الذي اتجه إلى تحليل عناصر المنهجية الإسلامية، والوقوف على مقوماتها. وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة مراعاة الانضباط المنهجي واستيعاب الخاصية الشمولية للمنهجية الإسلامية، مع تجسير الصلات بين القضايا الشرعية وغيرها من القضايا، وتمثّل روح الأصالة في عملية الانفتاح؛ بعقل اجتهادي قوامه الاجتهاد والاستنباط والاستدلال |

| Alternative Abstract | The study seeks to reveal the places of the crisis in contemporary Islamic research Based on the fundamentals of the original Islamic methodology. The study adopted the inductive method and the deductive method in Troubleshooting in Islamic research modern and trying them with the constants of the Islamic methodological theory after that, in addition to using the analytical method, which tended to analyze the elements of Islamic methodology. The study concluded the need to observe methodological discipline and comprehend the holistic characteristic of the Islamic methodology, while strengthening the link between specialized Islamic issues and other issues. |
