| Abstract | تتناول هذه الدراسة أثر تأسيس شركات المحاماة على أعمال المحاماة في نطاق المرافعات والتنفيذ وكذلك التحكيم. وأثر اعتبار المحامي وهو في شكل شركة (شخص معنوي) على الأعمال الإجرائية المختلفة سواء كانت من إجراءات التقاضي والتنفيذ بل وحتى التحكيم. وبعبارة أخرى سنركز على الخصوصية الإجرائية لأعمال المهنة عندما تمارس من شركات المحاماة (شخص معنوي)، مقارنة بممارستها من محام (شخص طبيعي). هديا بما تقدم سنتعرض، لأثر شركات المحاماة على إجراءات التقاضي من حيث التوقيع على أوراق المرافعات والتوكيل بالخصومة والتوكيل بالحضور، كذلك أثر تأسيس شركة المحاماة على بعض حقوق والتزامات المحامي، فيما يتعلق بقواعد التنفيذ الجبري لاسيما أموال الشركة من حيث مدى جواز الحجز عليها والالتزام بعدم استخدام وسائل الدعاية، وأخيرا نعرج على أثرها في عملية التحكيم. |

| Alternative Abstract | This study deals with the impact of the establishment of Law firm companies on the legal business within the scope of litigation and enforcement as well as arbitration. The consideration of counsel in the form of a company (moral person) affected various procedural actions, whether from litigation, execution and even arbitration. In other words, we will focus on the procedural privacy of the profession when practiced by Law firm companies (a moral person), compared to the practice of a lawyer (a natural person). As a result of the above, we will be exposed to the impact of Law firm companies on the litigation proceedings in terms of signing the papers of arguments, power of attorney and power of attorney, as well as the impact of the establishment of the Law firm company on some of the rights and obligations of the lawyer, with regard to the rules of forced execution, particularly the company's funds in terms of the extent to which they may be seized and the obligation not to use the means of advertising, and finally we are aware of its impact in the arbitration process. |
