| Abstract | تتمثل أهمية هذه الدراسة في معالجة ظاهرة اجتماعية لها علاقة بحياة أفراد المجتمع، وتتركز إشكالية الدراسة على البحث عن دور التعاليم الإسلامية في معالجة ظاهرة الاغتراب الاجتماعي من منظر مقاصدي، وانتهجت الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي، والوصفي، والتحليلي، من خلال استقراء النصوص الشرعية وتحليلها باستنباط مقاصد، من شأنها معالجة ظاهرة الاغتراب الاجتماعي، ومما توصلت إليه الدراسة ظهور مكانة الإسلام الاجتماعية المهمة، وبروز مبادئ الإسلام وقيمه في تمثيل أعلى مستويات الرفاهية في الحياة الاجتماعية من خلال التشريعات التي وضعها الشارع، وظهور تأثير الزكاة في شعور الأفراد بالانتماء إلى المجتمع، وأن هذا الشعور يؤدي إلى درء الاغتراب الاجتماعي، وانكشاف دور مقصد التقوى الذي يعد من مقاصد الحج ومقاصد الصوم في معالجة ظاهرة الاغتراب الاجتماعي. |

| Alternative Abstract | The importance of this study relies on addressing the social phenomenon related precisely to the lives of individuals within the society, whereas, the dilemma of the study focuses on the search for the role of Islamic deliberations in addressing the phenomenon of social alienation from a deliberate perspective. This study has followed an inductive, descriptive, and analytical methods through the extrapolation and analysis of legitimate Islamic texts with the development of Islamic deliberations that would address the issue of social alienation. This study has founded that the emergence of Islam's important social status, the prominence of Islam's principles, and values in representing the highest standards of well-being in social life through legislation developed by society, and the emergence of the “Zakat” effect on individuals' sense of belonging to society, and that this sentiment prevents social alienation and the role of the “Taqwa” deliberation which is considered to be the main deliberation of both “Hajj” and “fasting” in addressing social alienation. |
