| Abstract | هناك أمثلة كثيرة على التعددية والتسامح في تاريخ الإسلام. نرى أمثلة على ذلك في الدولة السلجوقية والدولة العثمانية. وعلى الرغم من أن حرية الدين والضمير قد تم تقييدها مع تأسيس الجمهورية التركية ووجود العلمانية والإقصائية، إلا أن هذا الوضع قد تغير مع السياسات الدينية المطبقة في تركيا اليوم. تتكون هذه الدراسة من ثلاثة فصول والتي نتعامل معها في سياق السياسات الدينية واللوائح القانونية حول مواضيع مثل: الحريات الدينية، والتعليم الديني، والخدمات الدينية. تناول الفصل الأول التعددية الدينية في الدولتين السلجوقية والعثمانية، وممارسات الدولتين المتعلقة بالمجموعات الدينية، وفي الفصل الثاني تم التأكيد على السياسات والممارسات الدينية منذ تأسيس الجمهورية حتى عام 2002م. وفي الفصل الثالث والأخير، تم تقديم وتحليل العلاقات بين الدين والدولة، والسياسات الدينية الداعمة للتعددية الدينية من عام 2002م حتى الوقت الحاضر. |

| Alternative Abstract | There are various examples of pluralism and toleration in Islamic history. Examples of that can be seen in the Seljuk and Ottoman Empire even though the freedom of conciousness and religion have been restricted with the foundation of the republic of Türkiye and the presence of the eliminative secularism, this situation has changed with religious policies applied in Türkiye today. This study is composed of three chapters in which we deal with it in the context of the religious policies and legal regulations for topics like: religious freedoms, religious education and religious services. The first chapter discusses the religious pluralism in the Seljuk and Ottoman empires, and the practices of both countries related to religious groups. In the second chapter the policies and the religious practices since the foundation of the republic until 2002 is confirmed. In the third and last chapter the relationship between religion and the country and the religious policy supporting pluralism in 2002 till today is presented and analyzed. |
