| Abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تقديرات معلمي الصفوف المبكرة في الأردن للتعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا واختلاف ذلك وفق عدد من المتغيرات. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي فطبقت استبانة مكونة من (35) فقرة بعد إجراءات الصدق والثبات على عينة الدراسة، التي تكونت من (300) معلمًا ومعلمة من معلمي الصفوف المبكرة في محافظة إربد ومعلماتها، اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وبنسبة (25%) من مجتمع الدراسة الكلي البالغ عددهم (1204) معلمًا ومعلمة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تقديرات معلمي الصفوف المبكرة في الأردن للتعليم عن بعد قد جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي (51.2)، وقد أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=α) في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة للتعليم عن بعد، تعزى إلى أثر متغير (النوع الاجتماعي)، في حين أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=α) في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة للتعليم عن بعد، تعزى إلى أثر متغير (المؤهل العلمي)، وجاءت الفروق لصالح (الدراسات العليا)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=α) في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة للتعليم عن بعد، تعزى إلى أثر متغير (الخبرة التدريسية)، وجاءت الفروق لصالح الخبرة التدريسية (10 سنوات فأكثر). وقد قدم الباحث عددًا من التوصيات، كان من أهمها تحسين التعليم عن بعد في الأردن من خلال تطوير "منصة درسك" التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم. |

| Alternative Abstract | The study aimed to reveal the estimates of early grade teachers in Jordan about distance education in light of the Corona pandemic, and the differences in that according to a number of variables. The study followed the descriptive survey method; a questionnaire consisting of (35) Items or statements was applied after the validity and reliability procedures on the study sample, which consisted of (300) male and female teachers of the early grades in Irbid Governorate, who were chosen by simple random method and at a rate of (25%) of the study population whose total number was (1204) male and female teachers. The results of the study showed that the estimates of early grade teachers in Jordan about distance education came to a medium degree and an arithmetic mean (51.2), and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) in the estimates of the study sample members about distance education due to to the effect of a variable (gender), while the results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) in the estimates of the study sample members about distance education due to the effect of a variable (educational qualification) and the differences came in favor of (higher studies), The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) in the estimations of the study sample members about distance education due to the effect of a variable (teaching experience). The differences came in favor of the teaching experience (10 years or more). The researcher presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which was the improvement of distance education in Jordan through the development of the “Your Lesson Platform” run by the Ministry of Education. |
