واقع التعليم المحاسبي وما يتطلبه سوق العمل القطري من المهارات والمعارف

| Abstract | شهدت دولة قطر خلال العقود الأربع الماضية تطوراً كبيراً في المجال الاقتصادي، وأدى هذا التطور إلى التأثير بشكل مباشر على التعليم المحاسبي والدور الذي يجب أن تقوم به المؤسسات التعليمية في تطوير مهنة المحاسبة والمراجعة، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على واقع التعليم المحاسبي من وجهة نظر الفئات ذات العلاقة؟ ومدى أهمية كل منهم في الوقت الحاضر؟ وكذلك التعرف على مدى وجود فروقات ذات دلالة معنوية بين وجهات نظر الفئات ذات العلاقة حول تلك المهارات والمعارف. وقد استند الباحثان في هذه الدراسة لغايات استطلاع وجهات النظر على استبانة تتضمن مجموعة من المهارات والمعارف المقترحة، وتطالب المستجيبين من الفئات ذات العلاقة تحديد مدى أهمية كل من تلك المهارات والمعارف من وجهة نظرهم. وقد تبين من خلال الدراسة أن هناك تحديات وصعوبات تواجه التعليم المحاسبي في الدولة من أهمها: غياب التنسيق بين الجهات المعنية بالحاسبة، وانخفاض عدد الخريجين بشكل واضح خلال السنوات الأخيرة في وقت تحتاج البلد فيه إلى عدد كبير من المتخصصين المؤهلين في مجال المحاسبة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن كافة المهارات والمعارف التي تم إدراجها في البحث يمكن اعتبارها ذات أهمية ولكن بدرجات متفاوتة. وحازت المعرفة بأخلاقيات المهنة على أعلى نسبة من الأهمية، فيما حازت مهارات التأمين على أدنى نسبة. وز=ظهرت فروق ذات دلالة عند مستوى معنوية 5% بين المشاركين خاصة فيما يعود إلى طبيعة عملهم فيما يتعلق بدرجة أهمية تلك المهارات والمعارف. |

| Alternative Abstract | Qatar has seen over the past four decades, a major development in its economy, and this development has led to a direct impact on the accounting education and the role that should be played by educational institutions in the development of the accounting and auditing professions. The objective of this paper is to explore the current status of the accounting education in the State of Qatar and its most important phases. Also, this research presents the results of an exploratory questionnaire on the views of respondents on the importance of the knowledge and skills required by accounting graduates. The results of this study revealed that there are challenges and difficulties facing the accounting education in Qatar and the most important issues are: the lack of coordination between the concerned authorities and the low number of accounting graduates. Also, the results indicated that all knowledge and skills are perceived to be important or very important and the respondents ranked professional ethics and critical thinking as the most important knowledge and skills. However, they considered dealing with insurance applications the least important skill. In addition, the results revealed that there are some statistically significant differences between the respondents (in terms of their current occupation, type of organization and graduation year) regarding how they view the importance of these skills and knowledge. |
