| Abstract | هدفت الدِّراسة إلى التَّعرف على دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين جودة التعليم في قصبة إربد من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ومن أجلِ تحقيق أهداف الدِّراسة استُخدم المنهجُ النوعي، حيث استخدام أسلوب المُقابلة شبه المُقننة، وتكون مُجتمع الدِّراسة من معلمي ومعلمات قصبة إربد، والبالغ عددهم (4818) للعام الدراسي 2022 / 2023، وقد تم إجراء ثلاثون (30) مقابلة مع عينة الدِّراسة، أظهرت النَّتائجُ أنَّ أبرز المُقترحات لدور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين جودة التعليم في قصبة إربد من وجهة نظر المعلمين، المُقترح الذي أشار إلى "استمرار تَجديد وتطوير وتحديث البرامج والتخطيط الاستراتيجي باستمرار للقدرة على مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية مع اعتماد الجودة العالمية."، جاءَ بأعلى تكرار. وفي ضوء النَّتائج، التي توصلت إليها الدِّراسة، أوصت الباحثة بضرورة التَّأكيد على مواكبة المَعارف التَّربويَّة المتقدمة من خلال دَورات تَنْشيطيَّة وحَلقات دِراسيَّة تُناقش كُل مِنْها أُسلوبًا من أساليب التدريس ومَفهومه والسِّمات المُميِّزة لكل أُسلوب منه، وتَحديد الفَوائِد والنِتاجات التي يُمكن أن تتحقق من خِلال استخدام كُل منها، وتَعريف الخُطوات الأَدائيَّة لتَطبيقها. |

| Alternative Abstract | The study aimed to identify the role of artificial intelligence in improving the quality of education in Irbid from the point of view of teachers, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the qualitative approach was used, where the semi-structured interview method was used, and the study population consisted of male and female teachers of Irbid, whose number is (4818). For the academic year 2021/2022. Thirty (30) interviews were conducted with the study sample. The results showed that the most prominent proposals for the role of artificial intelligence in improving the quality of education in Irbid city from the point of view of teachers, the proposal that referred to "the continued renewal, development and updating of programs and strategic planning continuously to be able to keep pace with technological developments Accredited with international quality.”, came up with the highest frequency. In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the necessity of emphasizing keeping up with advanced educational knowledge through refresher courses and seminars, each of which discusses one of the teaching methods, its concept, and the distinctive features of each method, and to identify the benefits and outcomes that can be achieved through using them. And defining the performance steps to apply them. |
