Abstract | Even if it's not usually mentioned, there are numerous instances in Morocco where patients have lost their lives due to delays in ambulance response. Access to timely emergency medical services is critical, especially in regions with diverse healthcare challenges such as Morrocoo. Besides the project idea is a novel healthcare proposal, it's a mobile application designed to provide the public in Morroco with rapid access to ambulances. If they are not available, an alternative option is to arrange approved drivers for patient transport. While also empowering users with first aid guidance for immediate assistance needed. The application seeks to bridge the gap between people with various health problems and emergency services. The easy-to-use mobile application allows individuals to request an ambulance immediately, enhancing response times and increasing chances of survival during critical medical emergencies. Through geolocation and communication features, the application dispatches the closest available ambulance to the patient's location, improving resource allocation and reducing response time. In addition to emergency response coordination, the application offers appropriate first aid with step-by-step instructions for various medical emergencies. It also considers users' skill levels, adapting instructions to their capacities, and making it an effective tool for both healthcare professionals and laypersons. The application will allow the user to submit the patient's medical history and condition, in case the patient has an allergy or an important health disease for example: diabetes, cancer, or heart problems...it allows the emergency to arrive better and equipped. This option can improve the patient's health situation and streamline the evaluation process. To tailor the project to our country's situation where there is an issue about ambulance availabilities. The application will include a feature to locate the nearest driver capable of transporting patients during emergency situations. Also, to make our proposal more efficient we suggest affording access by credit., in case of having trouble with the internet. As the burden on healthcare systems continues to increase, our project is an essential tool in improving access to emergency medical services in Morocco. By using technology to facilitate quick access to ambulances and provide essential first-aid guidance, it has the potential to save lives and improve healthcare outcomes, particularly in underserved areas. The application's development and implementation mark a significant step forward in addressing healthcare struggles and enhancing emergency medical care in Morocco. |
