| Abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور جامعة قطر، في تعزيز قيم الحوار الحضاري من خلال مقرر حوار الحضارات نموذجاً تطبيقياً، وذلك من خلال تتبع التطور التاريخي لمفهوم حوار الحضارات والذي أثمر مفهوم تحالف الحضارات، وكذا التطرق إلى أهم القيم المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة وتحليلها وربطها به، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار النظرة الإسلامية لتلك القيم. ثم بيان مساعي دولة قطر لتأسيس حوار الحضارات، مع رصد أهم الجهود الحثيثة التي قامت بها دولة قطر انطلاقا من دستورها ، وصولا إلى خطة تحالف الحضارات. ثم التركيز على دور جامعة قطر نحو رؤية تصبو لتحقيق الحوار الحضاري لدى طلبة الجامعة من خلال أدوار متعددة، من بينها: البحث، والخدمة المجتمعية وغيرها. واختتم الموضوع بدراسة ميدانية لقياس دور مقرر حوار الحضارات لتعزيز قيم الحوار الحضاري من خلال قياس الاستيعاب المفاهيمي والإدراك المعرفي والإدراك المهاري والقيمي وسمات الخريجين، والتحديات التي يستجيب لها المقرر. أما منهج الدراسة، فقد سلكت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي لجمع المعطيات الأساس حول حوار الحضارات، كما استعنت بالمنهج التاريخي لتبيين التحولات التي ارتبطت بالحضارات كما اعتمدت الوصف والمقارنة لتحليل المعطيات. وقد كان من الضروري الاعتماد على المنهج الكمي مستعينة بالاستبيان لقياس ردود العينة فيما يخص مقرر حوار الحضارات. وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج يمكن إجمالها في الآتي: يمثل الحوار بين الحضارات إحدى الصور المثلى للوصول إلى التعايش والتسامح والوئام بين أتباع الأديان والحضارات. وبعد التحالف الحضاري نتاجا للحوار بين الحضارات وثمرة له، وهو أكثر القوى الناعمة المتاحة لإصلاح شؤون العالم وبناء مستقبل آمن. . أظهرت النتائج أن مقرر حوار الحضارات عزز الاكتساب القيمي لدى عينة الدراسة بوسط حسابي مرتفع جداً، وبلغت عبارة قيمة احترام التقاليد تشير إلى الاحترام والالتزام وتقبل عادات وأفكار الثقافات أو ديانات الآخرين بدرجة موافقة متميزة لدى العينة. عزز مقرر حوار الحضارات لدى الطلبة عديدا من سمات الخريجين الأساسية والتي تمثلت لديهم بمستوى مرتفع ومرتفع جداً، من بينها : البحث والتفكير الإبداعي والتكيفي"، و"الرغبة في التعلم مدى الحياة"، و "مهارات التواصل الفعالة وتنمية التفكير النقدي. وهذا يصب في الإسهام في تحسين مخرجات التعلم وإعداد خريجين ذوي كفاءة عالية. |

| Alternative Abstract | The study aimed to reveal the role of Qatar University, represented by the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies, in promoting the values of civilizational dialogue through the Dialogue of Civilizations course as an applied model. Through historical tracing of the concept of “Dialogue of Civilizations,” which resulted in the concept of “Alliance of Civilizations,” as well as addressing the most important values related to the subject of the study, analyze them and link them, taking into account the Islamic view of those values. Then, touching on the tireless efforts of the State of Qatar to establish a dialogue of civilizations through many governmental and non-governmental institutions, while monitoring the most important tireless efforts made by the State of Qatar, starting from its constitution and leading to the plan for the Alliance of Civilizations. Subsequently the discussions of the role of Qatar University, represented by the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies, towards a vision that aspires to achieve civilizational dialogue among university students through multiple roles, including: research, community service, and others. Then the researcher concluded the topic with a field study to measure the role of the Dialogue of Civilizations course in promoting the values of civilizational dialogue by measuring terminological perception, cognitive perception, skill and value perception, graduates’ characteristics and the challenges to which the course responds. As for the study methodology, in this research the researcher took the inductive approach to collect basic data about the dialogue of civilizations. She also used the historical approach to explain the transformations that occurred in civilizations from “conflict” to “dialogue” to “alliance.” As well as the attention of the State of Qatar and the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Qatar University in the dialogue through a chronological sequence. It also used description and comparison to analyze the data. It was necessary to rely on the quantitative approach such as, using a questionnaire to measure the sample’s responses regarding the Dialogue of Civilizations course. The most important results of the research can be summarized as follows: -Dialogue among civilizations represents one of the ideal images for achieving coexistence, tolerance and harmony between followers of religions and civilizations. The civilizational alliance is the product of dialogue among civilizations and it is a soft power available to reform world affairs and build a secure future. - The results showed that the “Dialogue of Civilizations” course enhanced value acquisition among the study sample with a very high mean, and the phrase “the value of respect for traditions” (referring to respect, commitment and acceptance of the customs and ideas of other cultures or religions) reached a distinct degree of agreement among the sample. - The Dialogue of Civilizations course strengthened many of the graduates’ attributes, which were at a very high level; including research, creative and adaptive thinking and the desire for lifelong learning. In addition to effective communication skills and the development of critical thinking. This is what contributes to improving learning outcomes and preparing graduates with high efficiency. |
