| Abstract | إن إشكالية الآخر لا تزال موضع اهتمام في محاولة حقيقية لفهم ماهيته، وجاءت الدراسة محل النظر بهدف دراسة وتحليل الآخر في فكر الراحل محمد عمارة للوقوف على رؤيته وموقفه ومنهجه من الآخر، تضمنت الدراسة فصليين، الفصل الأول تطرق للآخر في الإطار الإسلامي، والفصل الثاني تناول الآخر على مستوى الأديان الكتابية والوضعية. ارتكزت الدراسة على المنهج التاريخي، والوصفي التحليلي، والاستقرائي. خلصت الدراسة إلى كون الآخر في فكر عمارة (ليسوا سواء ) وأن الإسلام اعترف بالآخر بينما كان الآخرون ينكر بعضهم بعضاً، وتوصى الدراسة بضرورة تقنين قوانين تجرم التكفير بقصد التحريض على الآخر. |

| Alternative Abstract | The problem of the other remains of interest in a genuine attempt to understand its essence. The study in question was aimed to studying and analyzing the other in Mohammed Amara thought to determine his vision, attitude, and method from the other. The study included two chapters. Chapter I focus on the other in the Islamic context. Chapter II addressing the other at level of Biblical and non-biblical religions. Study based on the historical method, Descriptive analytical, and extrapolation. The study concluded that the other in Amara's thought are (not in one mold) and that Islam recognized the other while others were denying each other. The study recommends that laws criminalizing atonement should be codified with a view to inciting against other. |
