AbstractThis research examines social media's mental health effects. The study analyzes how existing AI could revolutionize economics, healthcare, education, and governance. AI technology raises many legal challenges that must be overcome to ensure ethical and fair implementation. This abstract examines the complex legal framework for using artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance society, shedding light on major concerns. Accountability is a major issue. AI systems' increasing autonomy and self-learning make decision-making accountability difficult. This raises questions about culpability when AI-driven judgments cause harm, bias, or discrimination and how legal systems should be adjusted to handle these issues. Privacy is also important. The massive amount of data needed to train artificial intelligence (AI) systems sometimes includes personal information, prompting concerns about data security and privacy. The need to balance AI use with privacy rights is a pressing legal issue. Artificial intelligence ethics matter. Establishing and implementing ethical guidelines in AI development and use reduces discrimination and bias. Legal frameworks must address ethical issues to ensure the proper use of artificial intelligence (AI) for social progress. AI-generated inventions also have unique intellectual property rights difficulties. Copyright ownership and AI patentability need clarification. To stimulate innovation and protect creator rights, this clarification is essential. This paper will describes the difficult legal issues surrounding the use of AI to enhance society. Establishing a comprehensive legal framework that promotes responsible AI use and global societal progress requires careful consideration and resolution of responsibility, privacy, ethics, and intellectual property rights.
