| Abstract | هدف الدراسة في الواقع، الشباب لديهم دور حيوي في تطوير وتنفيذ الابتكارات الخضراء وتعزيز الاستدامة. إنهم يمثلون جيل المستقبل الذي سيكون مسؤولًا عن الحفاظ على البيئة وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. يمكن للشباب أن يسهموا بأفكار جديدة وحلول مبتكرة في مجموعة متنوعة من المجالات، مثل الطاقة المتجددة، وإدارة النفايات، والزراعة المستدامة، وغيرها، مما يساهم في تعزيز الاقتصاد الأخضر والمساهمة في الحفاظ على البيئة. لذا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور الابتكارات الخضراء والشباب في تحقيق الاقتصاد الأخضر المستدام وتقديم رؤى حول كيفية تعزيز تبني هذه الابتكارات في البيئة الأكاديمية والاقتصادية في العراق، باستخدام عينة من أساتذة الجامعات في العراق. تسعى الدراسة إلى فهم أهمية الابتكارات الخضراء ودور الشباب في تعزيز الاستدامة الاقتصادية والبيئية، وتقديم توصيات لتعزيز دورها في المجتمع الأكاديمي وفي الاقتصاد على الصعيدين المحلي والوطني. أهمية الدراسة تأتي أهمية الدراسة من تزايد الاهتمام بالتنمية المستدامة وضرورة تحقيق التوازن بين النمو الاقتصادي وحماية البيئة. تسلط الدراسة الضوء على كيفية تعزيز دور الابتكارات الخضراء في تطوير الصناعات المستدامة وتحسين جودة الحياة. منهج الدراسة استُخدمت أساليب البحث المنهجي لجمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من 217 استاذًا في الجامعات العراقية (بغداد والمستنصرية). تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام تقنيات الإحصاء الوصفي وتحليل الانحدار لتقدير العلاقة بين تبني الابتكارات الخضراء وتحقيق الاقتصاد الأخضر المستدام. أهم التوصيات بناءً على نتائج الدراسة، تم التوصية بتعزيز وعي أساتذة الجامعات بأهمية الابتكارات الخضراء من خلال ورش عمل وبرامج تدريبية. يجب تشجيع التعاون بين القطاع الأكاديمي والصناعي لتطوير مشاريع بحثية وتطبيقية ترتكز على الابتكارات الخضراء. أهم الاستنتاجات أظهرت الدراسة أن الابتكارات الخضراء لها دور كبير في تعزيز الاقتصاد الأخضر المستدام، حيث تسهم في تطوير صناعات نظيفة وتحسين كفاءة استخدام الموارد. تحتاج الجهود المستقبلية إلى تعزيز الوعي وتشجيع التعاون لتحقيق تأثير أكبر للابتكارات الخضراء في البيئة الأكاديمية والاقتصادية في العراق. |

| Alternative Abstract | Purpose of the study In fact, young people have a vital role in developing and implementing green innovations and promoting sustainability. They represent the future generation who will be responsible for preserving the environment and achieving sustainable development. Young people can contribute new ideas and innovative solutions in a variety of fields, such as renewable energy, waste management, sustainable agriculture, etc., thus contributing to promoting the green economy and contributing to environmental conservation. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the role of green innovations and youth in achieving a sustainable green economy and provide insights on how to enhance the adoption of these innovations in the academic and economic environment in Iraq, using a sample of university professors in Iraq. The study seeks to understand the importance of green innovations and the role of youth in promoting economic and environmental sustainability, and to provide recommendations to enhance their role in the academic community and in the economy at the local and national levels. the importance of studying The importance of the study comes from the growing interest in sustainable development and the need to achieve a balance between economic growth and environmental protection. The study highlights how to enhance the role of green innovations in developing sustainable industries and improving the quality of life. Study Approach Systematic research methods were used to collect data from a sample of 217 professors at Iraqi universities (Baghdad and Al-Mustansiriya). The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression analysis techniques to estimate the relationship between adopting green innovations and achieving a sustainable green economy. The most important recommendations Based on the results of the study, it was recommended to enhance university professors’ awareness of the importance of green innovations through workshops and training programs. Collaboration between the academic and industrial sectors should be encouraged to develop research and applied projects based on green innovations. Most important conclusions The study showed that green innovations have a major role in promoting a sustainable green economy, as they contribute to developing clean industries and improving the efficiency of resource use. Future efforts need to enhance awareness and encourage collaboration to achieve greater impact of green innovations in the academic and economic environment in Iraq. |
