| Abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين استراتيجية جامب للتفكير والتحول الرقمى بالتطبيق على العاملين بالجهاز المركزى للمحاسبات. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفى التحليلى، والاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين بالجهاز المركزى للمحاسبات ، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (400) عاملاً، واستخدم الباحث برنامج (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات. وتوصلت الدراسة لنتائج أهمها: • وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين متغيرى الدراسة (استراتيجية جامب للتفكير والتحول الرقمى) بالتطبيق على العاملين بالجهاز المركزى للمحاسبات. • وجود تأثير معنوى لاستراتيجية جامب للتفكير على التحول الرقمى بالتطبيق على العاملين بالجهاز المركزى للمحاسبات. وأوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات منها: • تدريب العاملين بالجهاز المركزى للمحاسبات على استراتيجيات جامب للتفكير. • تشجيع الأجهزة الرقابية الأخرى على تبنى استراتيجيات جامب للتفكير. |

| Alternative Abstract | This study aimed to examine the nature of the relationship between JUMP Thinking Strategy and Digital Transformation applied to the employees of Accountability State Authority. Researcher utilized the descriptive-analytical approach, and the questionnaire was the primary data collection tool. The study population consisted of all employees in Accountability State Authority, and the study sample size was (400) employees. Researcher employed the (SPSS) program for data analysis. Findings: • There is a significant correlation between JUMP Thinking Strategy and Digital Transformation applied to the employees of Accountability State Authority. • There is a significant effect of JUMP Thinking Strategy on Digital Transformation applied to the employees of Accountability State Authority. Recommendations • Training employees of Accountability State Authority on the strategies of JUMP. • Encouraging other regulatory entities to adopt the strategies of JUMP. |
