| Abstract | تناولت 7 هذه الدراسة الاشتقاق من حيث المفهوم والحكم والأثر في الدرس الأصولي الفقهي؛ قصد إبراز أهمية الاشتقاق في الدرس الدلالي الأصولي وأثره في فهم النصوص الشرعية، وقد وظف الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ لتقرير وتحرير ما تناثر من كلام الأصوليين فيما يخص الاشتقاق، ومن ثم التفكيك والموازنة لمقررات الاشتقاق، كما أظهرت هذه الدراسة علاقة الاشتقاق بالمباحث الأصولية سواء منها اللفظية أو التعليلية وكذا أثره في المسائل الفرعية الفقهية المخرجة على قواعد الاشتقاق وذلك من خلال استقراء المصنفات الفقهية بغية الوصول إلى تشخيص فوائد الاشتقاق وبيان آثاره على المسائل الفقهية وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الاشتقاق يعد من أفضل طرق الدلالة على الألفاظ ومما أوصت به هذه الدراسة ضرورة إجراء بحوث أعمق في الموضوع خصوصا في الجانب التطبيقي الذي قد يفتح آفاقا في الدراسات المعاصرة. كما أشارت إلى التداخل والتشابه الشديد بين عدد من المسائل الأصولية ذات الصلة مما يقتضي دراستها مع نظائرها وتوضيح العلاقة بينها. |

| Alternative Abstract | This study dealt with derivation in terms of concept, ruling, and impact in the fundamentalist jurisprudence lesson. In order to highli ght the importance of derivation in the fundamentalist semantic lesson and its impact on understanding legal texts, the researcher employed the descriptive analytical method. To report and edit the scattered words of the fundamentalists regarding derivation, and then dismantle and balance the decisions on derivation. This study also showed the relationship of derivation to fundamentalist investigations, whether verbal or explanatory, as well as its impact on sub-jurisprudential issues based on the rules of derivation. This is done by extrapolating jurisprudential works in order to diagnose the benefits of derivation and explain its effects on jurisprudential issues. The study concluded that derivation is one of the best ways to denote words. Among the recommendations of this study is the necessity of conducting deeper research into the subject, especially in the applied aspect, which may open horizons in contemporary studies. It also pointed out the strong overlap and similarity between a number of relevant fundamentalist issues, which requires studying them with their counterparts and clarifying the relationship between them. |
