| الملخص | رغم أن هناك محاولات لتطوير مقرر الثقافة الإسلامية في عدد من الجامعات، إلا أن هذه المحاولات لا يبدو أنها حققت التطوير المنشود بالنظر إلى التحديات التي ينبغي أن يتعاطى معها المقرر والأهداف الأصلية التي ينبغي أن يحققها. فما السر في ذلك؟ على غرار المقولة المشهورة لرابعة العدوية "استغفارنا يحتاج إلى استغفار" نقول إن "تطويرنا يحتاج إلى تطوير"، ذلك أنه يفتقر إلى روح التطوير وجوهره ألا وهو الفاعلية. فما معايير التطوير الفعّال؟ هذه الورقة ترمي إلى تسليط الضوء على معايير التطوير الفعّال، وبلورة موجهات هادية ومقترحات عملية لتطوير مقرر الثقافة الإسلامية بجامعة قطر تطويراً فعّالاً شكلاً ومضموناً ونهجاً تدريسياً في ضوء تلك المعايير. والورقة تقدم نفسها بالأساس على أنها "ورقة عمل توجيهية" لأي مشروع تطويري للمقرر يرمي إلى الفاعلية |

| الملخص البديل | While there have been attempts to develop the course of Islamic Culture in a number of universities, it does not seem that these attempts have achieved the intended development, considering the challenges that the course should deal with and its original goals which should be achieved. So, what is the secret behind this? As the well-known saying of Rabia Al-Adawia “our act of seeking forgiveness needs an act of seeking forgiveness”, we say: our development needs development. This is because it lacks of the sprit and essence of development, i.e. effectiveness. So, what are the criteria of effectiveness? This paper aims at shedding light on the criteria of effective development and propose guiding points as well as practical suggestions to develop effectively and comprehensively the course of Islamic Culture in Qatar University in light of these criteria. The paper presents itself as a “practical guiding paper” for any developing project of the course seeking effectiveness. |
