| Abstract | هذه الدراسة تُعنى بالكشف عن أوجه الاتفاق والافتراق بين القرآن والتوراة في تأسيس الأسرة، وأثرها في حل المشكلات الأسرية، من خلال دراسة النصوص القرآنية والتوراتية التي تناولت تأسيس الأسرة، مع إبراز دور هيمنة القرآن الكريم في تحصين الأسرة وحمايتها. والسؤال المركزي الذي تجيب عنه الدراسة ما أوجه الاتفاق والافتراق بين القرآن والتوراة في تأسيس الأسرة، وما أثرها في حل المشكلات؟ وهدفها الرئيس هو استنباط أوجه الاتفاق والافتراق بين القرآن والتوراة في تأسيس الأسرة، وإسهامها في حل المشكلات الأسرية، وفهم معنى القوامة، وقد اقتضت طبيعة الدراسة الاعتماد على المنهج الاستقرائي، والمنهج الوصفي، والمنهج التحليلي والنقدي، والمنهج المقارن. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة بيان اتحاد رؤية القرآن والتوراة الأصل تكوين منظومة الأسرة، ووضع الأسس والتشريعات لها؛ باعتبار أنها المؤسسة الشرعية الوحيدة التي يُسمح فيها بالعلاقة بين الجنسين؛ مع إبراز اختلاف نظرة القرآن عن التوراة لدور الرجل والمرأة في الأسرة، واختلاف منهجية التأسيس في كافة تفاصيل الأسرة وتأصيل قضاياها، مما يثبت هيمنة القرآن تأصيلا وتفصيلا، مع حسن بيان وجمال أسلوب، وبيان تعرض المرأة للاضطهاد والمهانة في التوراة، مع تسلط الرجل وسيادته. ويوصي البحث بعدة توصيات أهمها: دراسة الأسس التي ارتكزت عليها المواثيق الدولية في قوانينها، وإثراء مكتبة مقارنة الأديان بالدراسات التفسيرية التي تعنى بإرساء أسس ديمومة الأسرة وحل مشكلاتها من المنظور القرآني. |

| Alternative Abstract | This study fucuses on revealing the similarities and differences between the Quran and the Torah in their establishing the family, and their impact on solving family problems. It examines the Quranic and Torah texts that discuss the family foundation, highlighting the Quran's dominance in fortifying the family and its protection. The central question addressed by the study is: What are the similarities and differences between the Quran and the Torah in the family foundation, and what is their impact on solving problems? The main objective is to derive the points of agreement and divergence between the Quran and the Torah regarding the methodology of family foundation, their contribution to resolving family issues, and understanding “qiwamah” (responsibilities and leadership in the family). This study uses descriptive, inductive, analytical, critical, and comparative methodologies. One of the key findings of the study is the demonstration of the unified vision of the Quran and the Torah for the origin of the formation of the family system, and the establishment of its foundations and legislations; considering that the only legitimate institution where a relationship between genders is allowed. The study highlights the difference in the perspectives of the Quran and the Torah regarding the roles of men and women in the family, disparities in family foundational methodologies, covering all details of the family. This demonstrates the dominance of the Quran in establishing principles and details, with clarity of expression and eloquence of style. In addition, the study shows that women are subjected to persecution and humiliation in the Torah, along with male dominance and supremacy. The research recommends studying the foundations on which international conventions are based in their laws and enriching the comparative religious library with exegesis studies dedicated to establishing the foundations for the family continuity and addressing its problems from a Quranic perspective. |
