| Abstract | تلقي الورقة الضوء على العلاقة بين مجالين معرفيين، هما: التخطيط العمراني وعلوم الصحة، وتقترح ثلاثة نماذج للنقاش والتحليل؛ أولًا: نموذج تجسيمي جوهر العلاقة فيه جسم الإنسان كظاهرة بيولوجية وظيفية وشكلية. ثانيًا: نموذج علاجي طبي محوره مدينة مريضة متأزمة تستوجب العلاج والتطهير. ثالثًا: نموذج وقائي وبيئي ارتبط بإشكاليات التنمية المستدامة والانشغالات الصحية المتجددة في المدن المعاصرة. تستكشف الورقة بمقاربة تطورية وتزامنية تفاعل النماذج الثلاثة. فكيف شكلت الأخيرة خطابات ومفاهيم وأساليب التخطيط العمراني كمجال معرفة مستقل متفاعل مع علوم الصحة والطب، والبيئة مؤخرًا؟ وكيف تتوثق العلاقة تارة وتضعف أخرى في التطور التاريخي لمجالين معرفيين أثّر كل واحد منهما في الآخر؟ وبالرجوع إلى أبحاث تناولت موضوع تطبيب المدينة والخطاب الطبي في التخطيط العمراني، توسّع الورقة آفاق البحث في الموضوع بالربط بين النماذج الثلاثة، وتقترح أدوات منهجية تتخطى الأثقال الأيديولوجية والمهنية المعيقة لتطوير العلاقة بين المجالين، فهي دعوة إلى تعاون عقلاني واستفادة متبادلة على ثلاثة مستويات: البحث والمنهج والتعليم؛ التصميم وصناعة القرار؛ والتقنين والحوكمة، بما يسمح بدمج الأبعاد الصحية والبيئية والوظيفية والشكلية في منهجية شاملة تكون مفتاحا لمواجهة تحديات التخطيط العمراني وتصور مستقبل المدن في إطار تنمية مستدامة وديناميكيات مجتمعية تستوجب مقاربات مجددة. |

| Alternative Abstract | This paper sheds a light on the relationship between two knowledge spheres: urban planning and health sciences. It suggests three theoretical paradigms for debate and analysis. First, an anthropomorphic paradigm whose core is the human body, biologically and functionally and/or morphologically. Second, a therapeutic and medical paradigm in which a sick and problematic city requires medicalization and cleansing. Third, a preventive and environmental paradigm related to the emergence of sustainable development and renewed health concerns in contemporary cities. The paper explores, synchronically and diachronically, the interaction between the three paradigms: How they shaped discourses and concepts of urban planning as an autonomous sphere through an interactive relationship with health sciences and medicine? And how this relationship strengthens and weakens in its permanent presence in the historical evolution of two interacting spheres? Considering anterior research on city medicalization and the urban planning medical discourse, the paper aims to widen perspectives by exploring the interactions between the three paradigms, and it proposes methodological tools to overcome cumbersome ideological and professional weighs. It argues for a rational trans-disciplinary collaboration on three levels: research, methodology and education; design and decision-making; procedures and governance. The aim is to integrate health, environmental, functional, and aesthetic dimensions into a comprehensive method that is key in addressing urban planning challenges and city conceptualization in the 21st century regarding sustainable development and societal dynamics requiring innovative approaches. |
