| Abstract | شهدت دولة قطر في العقد الأخير تطورا ملحوظا على الصعيد الاقتصادي والثقافي في الدولة، ولعل هذا التطور ساهم في نشوء شركات وطنية وشركات أجنبية بالإضافة إلى الشركات متعددة الجنسيات، وهو دفع المشرع القطري لوضع تنظيم قانون خاص بالاقتصاد الوطني لدولة قطر، وهو ما يعرف بدور الشركات التجارية في دعم مبدأ المسؤولية المجتمعية. ولقد ركز هذا البحث على بيان الدور الذي تلعبه الشركات الوطنية والشركات الأجنبية متعددة الجنسيات في تطوير ودعم الاقتصاد والبيئة القطرية على حد سواء، فقد خصص المطلب الأول من هذا البحث لمراجعة التشريعات القطرية وإيجاد ما يتناسب منها مع فكرة المسؤولية المجتمعية للشركات في القانون المقارن وفي الاتفاقيات الدولية المتعلقة بهذا الأمر. ولعل أشهر ما قدم في هذه الجزئية هو دور قانون رانا بلازا في تأكيد فكرة المسؤولية المجتمعية في دول العالم وفي الاتفاقية الخاصة بهذا القانون والتي وضعت من أجل هذا الشأن، بالإضافة إلى الحديث عن الدور الذي تلعبه التشريعات القطرية في دعم هذا المبدأ والقوانين والمواد التي بحثت فكرة المسؤولية المجتمعية في قطر، ومنها قانون اللجنة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان وقانون الشركات التجارية القطري الجديد وغير ذلك من التشريعات القطرية المختلفة. |

| Alternative Abstract | The State of Qatar witnessed along the last decade a remarkable development on the economic and cultural side in the country. Such development may contribute to the emergence of national and foreign companies, this in addition to the multinational companies forcing the Qatari Legislator to set a law related to Qatar National Economy, which is known as the role of commercial companies to support the principle of social liability. This research focused on showing the role that the national companies and foreign multinational companies play in developing and supporting the Qatari economy and environment as well. The first chapter of this research was dedicated to review the Qatari legislations and find what suits the idea of companies’ social liability in the comparative law and in the international agreements related to this matter. Probably; one the most famous roles presented in this part is the role of Rana Plaza Law in confirming the idea of social liability in the countries of the world and in the agreement of this law, which was placed for this regard, this in addition to talking about the role played by Qatari legislations in supporting this principle as well as the laws and articles that discussed the idea of Social liability in Qatar, including the National Human Rights Committee Law, the new Qatari Commercial Companies Law, and any other Qatari legislations. |
