| Abstract | يتناول هذا البحث دراسة نقدية لمناهج البحث الفقهي المعاصر، خطواته ومجالاته، ومقتضياته؛ كمراعاة التخصص وتأصيل المسائل، وأهم الضوابط التي يحتاجها الناظر في القضايا المعاصرة، حتى يكون الحكم الشرعي المستنبط صحيحًا، كما يستعرض ملامح الاجتهاد في القضايا المعاصرة، وذكر أمثلة تطبيقية من بحوث وكتب بعض العلماء المعاصرين، والمآخذ عليها بسبب عدم مراعاة هذه الضوابط. |
