| Abstract | تهدف الدراسة إلى تقويم برنامج دورة التأهيل التربوي الذي يقدمه مركز القياس والتقويم والتنمية المهنية بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والتدريب (غير المؤهلين تربويا) من العاملين بكليات الهيئة ومعاهدها. تم تصميم استبانة طبقت على جميع المشاركين في برنامج هذه الدورة، وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن البرنامج، حقق نسبة إفادة عامة بلغت (حوالي 84%)، بينما بلغت أعلى نسبة إفادة من مراحل برنامج الدورة الخاصة بعملية التدريس في مرحلة التطبيق، يليها مرحلة التقويم، بينما جاء مرحلة التخطيط والإعداد في الترتيب الثالث. ووضع الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات الثي من شأنها الارتقاء بمستوى هذه الدورة ومعالجة النواحي السلبية فيها. |

| Alternative Abstract | The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the "Educational Professional Development" training course, organized by the Measurement, Evaluation, and Professional Development Center. The Unqualified course aimed at academic and training staff members whose qualifications are inadequate in the educational field. The results of the questionnaire showed that 84% of the subjects responded positively and stated that they achieved benefit from the General Course. The greatest success was in the field of application followed by field of measurement and the least was in the stage of planning. Recommendations are forwarded that aim at improving the level of the courses as well as addressing some negative aspects. |
