| Abstract | هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على اتجاهات طلبة كلية العلوم التربوية الجامعية/ الأونروا- الأردن، نحو مهنة التعليم، ومعرفة فيما إذا كان هناك أثر لمتغيري الجنس والمستوى الدراسي على اتجاهات الطلبة نحو مهنة التعليم. واستخدم الباحث لهذا الغرض استبيانا تالف من (47) فقر ة، منها (124 فقر ة إيجابية، و (23) فقرة سلبية موزعة على ثلاث مجالات: مجال تحقيق الذات، المجال الاجتماعي، المجال الاقتصادي. وأشارت نتائج تحليل استجابات الطلبة على فقرات الاستبانة، إلى أن اتجاهات طلبة كلية العلوم التربوية ايجابية نوعا ما نحو مهنة التعليم، وبلغت نسبة اتجاهاتهم الإيجابية (63.9%). وتبين من تحليل نتائج اختبار (ت) الإحصائي، إن قيمة (ت) المحسوبة بلغت (741. 1) والقيمة الحرجة لها (96. 1)، وهذه القيمة غير دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى α= (0.05)، بمعنى انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى α= (0.05) في اتجاهات الطلبة نحو مهنة التعليم تعود لمتغير الجنس (ذكور، إناث). وتبين أيضا انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لطلبة. السنة الأولى مقارنة بالمتوسطات الحسابية لطلبة السنة الرابعة، حيث بلغت قيمة (ت) المحسوبة (969،0) والقيمة الحرجة لها (65. 1)، وهي قيمة غير دالة احصائيا عند مستوى- (0.05)، وبذلك لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى α= (0.05) في اتجاهات الطلبة نحو مهنة التعليم تعود لمتغير المستو ى الدراسي (سنة أولي، سنة رابعة). |

| Alternative Abstract | This study aims at identifying the (UNR WA) Educational Sciences Faculty students' attitudes towards the teaching profession, and if there is any significant influence of the level and sex variables on this profession . The researcher use for this purpose a questionnaires comprising 47 items : 24 positive items and 23 negative items. There items distributed among three dimensions : the Self-Actualization, The Social Domain, and the Economic Domain. The results of the analysis of student responses indicate that the ESF students, attitude towards the" Teaching Profession " is " to an extent " positive . The percentage of their positive attitude is 63.9 % . (T) test analysis has shown that calculated (T) is ( 1. 7 41) and its critical value is (0.084). this value is insignificant with α=(0.05) in the students attitudes towards the teaching profession related the (sex) (male and female) variable. It has also been shown that there are no significant differences between the mean of first year students when compared with the means of fourth year students as the value of calculated (T) is (0.969) while its critical value is (0.334) this means that the value is not statistically significant with α = (0.05) . Accordingly , there is no significant differences with α = (0.05) in the. students attitudes towards the teaching profession related to the " level Variable" (1st and 4th years) variable . |
