| Abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة لقياس العلاقة بين الرضا عن الدراسة كما تبينه أداة الدراسة التي صممها الباحثان والانجاز الدراسي لطلاب دبلوم الدراسات العليا (دبلوم تدريس- دبلوم مصادر تعلم- دبلوم إدارة مدرسية) كما يعكسه المعدل التراكمي للمقررات الدراسية في هذه البرامج. بالإضافة للتعرف على العوامل المؤثرة على درجه الرضا (الجنس - السن- نوع الدراسة). ولتحقيق ذلك أختيرت عينه من الطلاب والطالبات الدارسيين والدارسات بالبرامج الثلاث موضع الدراسة. ولقد بلغ حجم العينة 134 طالب وطالبه يمثلن 81.79% من مجموع الدارسيين بهذه البرامج في العام الجامعي 93/1994. واشتمل اختبار الرضا (أداه الدراسة) على (30) بنداً تغطي المحاور التالية: - متطلبات الدراسة في البرنامج ومدى مراعاتها لإمكانات وقدرات وميول الدارسيين. - قدرة البرنامج على تحقيق أهداف الدارس وطموحاته. - حريه الاختيار للدراسة في البرنامج. - مدى ملائمة أساليب التعامل التي يستخدمها القائمون على تنفيذ البرنامج مع جنس وعمر وقدرات الدارس. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة الرضا تتأثر بعامل الجنس ولا تتأثر بعمر أو نوع البرنامج. كما وجدت أن هناك علاقة داله إحصائياً بين درجة الرضا عن الدراسة والانجاز الدراسي حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط 0.45 وهو معامل دال عند مستوى 0.05 وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات تعكس نتائج الدراسة. منها تأييد الاتجاه لتأنيث وظائف التعليم، وعدم التقيد بعمر زمني للقبول بالبرنامج، وإتاحة الفرصة لخريجي هذه البرامج للالتحاق ببرنامج الماجستير في التخصص. |

| Alternative Abstract | The objective of this study is to measure the relationship between satisfaction of program as illustrated by a test designed by the two researchers and the study achievement of PGD students ( holdrs of Diploma in Teaching, Diploma in Teaching Resources, Diploma in School Administration) as indicated by the GPA (grade point average) of the courses in these programs. It also aims to introduce us to the factors affecting the level of satisfaction (sex, age, and the type of study). The test contains 30 items covering the following areas : 1 - The appropriateness of the program requirements to the students' needs and abilities. 2 - The appropriateness of the program to fulfill the students' aims and ambitions. 3 - The willingness of the students to join the program. 4 - The appropriateness of the instructors' styles in dealing with the students according to gender, age and abilities. A total number of 134 samples i.e. 81.79% of the total population of the students were analyzed. The findings of the study show that the degree of students' satisfaction was not affected by the students' gender, age and the type of the program. A significant relationship was found between the degree of students satisfaction of the program and their achievement in their study; i.e.r. value, 0.45 indicates. 05 level. Several conclusions and recommendations were reported by the researchers. |
