| Abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على البناء العاملي لمقياس الخصائص السلوكية للطلبة المتميزين المطور للبيئة الأردنية من وجهة نظر معلمي الصفين الخامس والثامن الأساسيين. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 500 معلم تم اختيارهم عشوائياً من بين معلمي مدارس الذكور الحكومية في مدينة عمان والذين يدرسون الصف الخامس والثامن الأساسين. وقد طلب من كل معلم أن يعبئ "استمارة الخصائص السلوكية" لطالبين متميزين أحدهما في الصف الخامس والآخر في الصف الثامن. وقد بلغ عدد الاستمارات التي خضعت للتحليل الاحصائي (809) استمارة. أما أداة الدراسة فقد تم بناء وتطوير "نموذج الخصائص السلوكية للطلبة المتميزين" في البيئة الأردنية. تم أجراء التحليل العاملي بالتدوير المتعامد الذي أفرز ستة عوامل وزعت عليهم الفقرات ذات تشعبات تزيد عن (0.40) أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى اتفاق بعض الخصائص الإبداعية وخصائص القيادة مع الأدب التربوي، واختلاف الكثير من الخصائص التي تميز الطلبة المتميزين عما ورد في الدراسات التربوية العالمية، بما يدل بوضوح على عدم وعي المعلمين بالخصائص السلوكية الشائعة بين الأطفال المتميزين. |

| Alternative Abstract | This study aims at investigating the factorial validity of the behavioral characteristics of creative students' scale from the perspectives of teachers of fifth and eighth grades. The sample of the study consisted of (500) teachers randomly selected among public schools teachers of 5th and 8th grades in Amman Jordan. Each teacher selected two gifted students one from 5th grade and the second from 8th grade, and answered the "Behavioral Characteristics Questionnaire" according to their characteristics The instrument of the study was developed by the researchers. Factor analysis was carried out by using orthogonal rotation, six factors were extracted from the orthogonal with 55 items. Results of the study indicated that some of the characteristics are in agreement with those in the literature, while most items are not. This is an indicator that teachers are not familiar with behavioral characteristics of creative students. |
