دور جامعة قطر في تنمية اتجاهات الحداثة عند طلبتها في ضوء بعض المتغيرات

| Abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر التعليم الجامعي في تنمية اتجاهات الحداثة لطلاب جامعة قطر طبقا لبعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية، وتكونت العينة من 181 من طلبة السنة النهائية من التعليم الثانوي و 187 من طلبة الفصول الأولى والنهائية من التعليم الجامعي، وقد استخدم مقياس الحداثة لإنكليز، وتلخصت أسئلة الدراسة في سؤالين رئيسيين هما: هل يختلف طلب التعليم الثانوي وكل من طلب الفصول الأولى والنهائية من التعليم الجامعي في اتجاهاتهم على أبعاد مقياس الحداثة؟ هل يختلف أفراد العينة في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية كالجنس والتخصص في اتجاهاتهم على مقياس الحداثة؟ ولقد أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق بين أفراد العينة في المستويات التعليمية في اتجاهاته على مقياس الحداثة ككل. كما كانت الفروق دالة لصالح طلاب التعليم الثانوي والفصول الأولى من التعليم الجامعي في أبعاد التخطيط- احترام الوقت- تقدير المهارة التقنية- الحسابية والتدبيرية. وأظهرت الدراسة فروقا دالة بين الذكور والإناث علي أبعاد مقياس الحداثة، فبينما كان الطلاب لديهم اتجاهات أكثر حداثة نحو: نمو الرأي- الاعلام- المرأة. كانت الطالبات لديهن اتجاهات أكثر حداثة نحو: الطموح التعليمي والمهني- التخطيط- الوقت. ولم تظهر الدراسة أي فروق دالة بين طلاب الكليات النظرية والعملية في اتجاهاتهم نحو الحداثة. |

| Alternative Abstract | The study aim's at investigating the effect of university education on student's attitude towards modernization as it measured by Enkelees and smith modernity scale (O.M. Scale). The sample consisted of 181 Qatari students in their final year of secondary education and 187 of Qatari students enrolled at Qatar University. The main questioners of the study were as follow: - Do students in their last year of university education differ in their attitude towards modernization when compared with: Sudan's in their first year of university education. Students at secondary school level of education. How does students differ in their attitudes on the modernity scale according to their field of study. The study revealed following reseats: 1 - There was on significant between students at secondary according to their level of education on their attitude towards the modernity scale as whole. 2- There was a significant difference between students at secondary school and students at their first year of university education on one side and students in their final year of university education on the other side on some of subthemes of the scale. 3- The were significant differences between female and male students on some of sutbthemes of the scale but not on the scale whole. 4- There were no significant differences between students in different fields of studies in their attitude on the modernity scale. |
