المسئولية الشخصية الاجتماعية لدى عينة من الشباب السعودي بالمنطقة الغربية وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات

| Abstract | تتلخص أهداف هذه الدراسة في: (1) التحقق من مصداقية مقياس المسئولية الشخصية الاجتماعية ومن تصميم وبناء الباحثة على عينه من الشباب بالمنطقة الغربية في المجتمع السعودي. (2) تحديد مستوى المسئولية الشخصية الاجتماعية بأوجهها الخمسة لدى أفراد العينة. (3) استكشاف العلاقات بين مقياس المسئولية الشخصية الاجتماعية وبعض المتغيرات المختلفة: العمر، المستوى التعليمي، المهن ومتغير مراقبة الذات. وقد اختيرت عينة الدراسة من المنطقة الغربية ومن الذكور فقط وكان العدد النهائي الذي تم تحليله إحصائياً خمسمائة واثنان وعشرون حالة. أما الأدوات الرئيسية المستخدمة في الدراسة فهي مقياس المسئولية الشخصية الاجتماعية (وهو من إعداد الباحث) ومقياس مراقبة الذات من تعريب وتقنين الحارثي (1991 م)، وقد توفرت في كلا المقياسين الشروط السيكومترية المرضية من ثبات وصدق. وقد أظهرت الدراسة العديد من النتائج أهمها: (1) وجود مستوى عال من المسئولية الشخصية الاجتماعية. (2) وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة وداله بين مستوى المسئولية الشخصية الاجتماعية بكافة جوانبها وبين متغير العمري (3) وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة ودالة بين مستوى المسئولية الشخصية الاجتماعية (جانب المسئولية الشخصية فقط) وبين متغير التعليم. (4) وجود علاقة دالة إحصائياً (سالبة) بين مستوى التعليم وكل من جانب المسئولية الأخلاقية والمسئولية الوطنية والمسئولية نحو البيئة والنظام. (5) المعلمون من بين سائر أصحاب المهن الأخرى حصلوا على درجات أعلى في جانب المسئولية الشخصية. (6) العسكريون والإخصائيون النفسيون والاجتماعيون حصلوا على درجات أعلى في كل من جانب المسئولية الوطنية والمسئولية نحو النظام والبيئة وكذلك في الدرجة الكلية للمسئولية الشخصية الاجتماعية. (7) وجود علاقة سالبة ولكنها داله بين مستوى المسئولية الشخصية والاجتماعية في جانبها (المسئولية الأخلاقية) وبين مقياس مراقبة الذات. هذا وقد استعرضت الدراسة كذلك تقويم وتحليل للنتائج وكذلك للمقياس بالإضافة إلى بعض التوصيات. |

| Alternative Abstract | The goals of the present study are : 1 ) To validate the instrument : Personal and social Responsibility Scale (PSRS) built by the author; 2 ) To determine the level of responsibility, of all its five aspects, among the sample; 3 ) To explore the relationships between PSRS and some other variables i.e. self monitoring, age, educational level and occupation. The sample of the study that underwent the final analysis were five hundred and twenty two; all of which were from the western province of Saudi Arabia. The basic Instruments used in the study was the PSRS built by Al-Harethi (on press) as well as the S.M scale translated and standardized by Al-Harethi (1991) both of which have satisfied the requirement of psychometric conditions i.e. reliability and validity. The study revealed : A ) High level of PSR among the sample, B ) Positive and significant relationship between PSRS and Age, C ) Positive and significant relationships between level of education and personal responsibility of the sample, D ) Negative, but significant relationships between educational level and ethical responsibility of the sample as well as national responsibility and responsibility towards environment and order, E ) Teachers have higher score on PSR than the rest of other occupations in the personal aspect only of (PSRS; F) Military People; psychological specialists: and social workers have higher score on PSRS than the rest of the sample in the dimensions· of nationalism and responsibility towards environment at and order as well as on the total score of PSRS; G ) Negative, but significant relationships were found between the dimension of ethical responsibility and self monitoring. Finally, an evaluation' further discussions and som suggestions were presented. |
