دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من عضوات هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز حول حلقات النقاش العلمية (السيمينارات)

| الملخص | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على آراء عضوات هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز بالمدينة المنورة حول حلقات النقاش العلمية، إحدى أساليب التطوير المهني، من حيث دورها في تطوير الكلية، الاستفادة الشخصية منها، أهم المعوقات التي تواجهها، الاتجاهات نحو تطويرها. كما استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على جوانب التطوير المهني الأخرى التي تحتاجها العضوات وتقديم بعض المقترحات والتوصيات لتطوير حلقات النقاش العلمية بكليات التربية في الجامعات السعودية بعامة وكلية التربية بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز بالمدينة المنورة بخاصة ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف صممت الباحثة استبانة اشتملت على 60 فقرة تم توزيعها على عينة قدرها 35 عضوة هيئة تدريس بالكلية في عام 1422 هـ (2002م). ولمعالجة بيانات الدراسة استخدم التكرار، النسب المئوية، المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، مربعات كاي. ووضحت النتائج الدور الإيجابي لحلقات النقاش العلمية في تطوير الكلية خاصة في مجال البحث العلمي وتعدد الفوائد الشخصية منها وعلى رأسها العمل التعاوني. ووضحت النتائج أن من أبرز المعوقات ضيق الزمن والعبء التدريسي وضعفا الإمكانات المادية والتقنيات الحديثة. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود اتجاهات إيجابية لدى العضوات لتطوير الحلقات، كما أكدت الحاجة إلى جوانب أخرى للتطوير المهني وعلى رأسها استخدام الحاسب الآلي والإنترنت. ومن أبرز المقترحات التي قدمتها الدراسة الاستمرار في حلقات النقاش وتطويرها واستحداث معايير لتقويمها؟ الشروع فوراً في تنفيذ دورة لتدريب العضوات على استخدام الحاسب الآلي والإنترنت؟ تخصيص ميزانية للإنفاق على برامج التطوير المهني عامة واستخدام التقنيات الحديثة في تنفيذها. وأوصت الدراسة بتعميم حلقات النقاش على عضوات هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية في جميع الجامعات بالمملكة العربية السعودية |

| الملخص البديل | The objective of this study was to investigate views of female members of teaching staff of the Faculty of Education of King Abdul Aziz University in scientific seminars as one aspect of vocational development. The views were sought in 5 aspects of scientific seminars included: their role in developing the Faculty; personal benefit from them; obstacles facing them; attitudes towards their development; need for other aspects of vocational development. Another objective of the study was to provide some suggestions and recommendations for the development of scientific seminars in Faculties of Education in Saudi Universities general & the Faculty of Education of King Abdul Aziz University in Al Madinah in specific. To achieve these objectives a questionnaire that consisted of 60 items was constructed by the researcher and administered to a sample of 35 female members in the Faculty of Education of King Abdul Aziz University in Al Madinah in 2002. Data were analysed by using frequencies, means, standard deviations, chi square. The results showed positive role of scientific seminars in developing the Faculty, particularly in scientific research and personal benefits such as co-operative work . Also, results pointed out that the most important obstacles facing the seminars include shortage of time, big burden of teaching, lack of budget, lack of modem technologies. Moreover, results showed positive attitudes of the sample towards development of scientific seminars & the need for other aspects of vocational development, specially using of computer & internet. In addition, the study provided some suggestions that include continuation of scientific seminars, innovation of criteria for evaluating these seminars; immediate conduction of training course in using computer and internet for the members of teaching staff in the Faculty of Education of King Abdul Aziz University in Al Madinah, provision of budget for programmes of vocational development.; use of modem technologies in conducting scientific seminars. Finally, the study recommends the generalisation of scientific seminars in all Faculties of Education in Saudi Universities. |
