| Abstract | تقوم هذه الورقة باستعراض بعض الجوانب المتعلقة بالمفاضلة بين راًس المال البشري (Human Capital) وراْس المال المادي (Material Capital) واًثر رأس المال البشري على الإنتاج . ومن النتائج التي توصلنا اليها اًن ازدياد راْس المال البشري متمثلا بسنوات التعليم والخبرة للعمال واًصحاب العمل يقترن بزيادة حجم رأس المال المادي ونوعيته وحجم المنشأة الاقتصادية . وقد تم ادخال التعليم كعامل مستقل من عوامل الإنتاج. |
