| Abstract | تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع الإشراف في التربية العملية بكلية التربية بجامعة قطر، ولتحقيق هذا الغرض استخدمت الباحثة استبانة مكونة من جزءين، الجزء الأول: يتطلب معلومات ديموغرافية عن المشرف من حيث الجنس، والمؤهل التربوي، والمراتب العلمية، والخبرات الإشرافية. والجزء الآخر: يركز على واقع الممارسات الإشرافية والتقويمية في التربية الميدانية والتي يقوم بها المشرف. وقد شملت عينة الدراسة (50) من مشرفي ومشرفات التربية العملية، وتم تحليل النتائج وتفسيرها. وأسفرت الدراسة عن نتائج تصف واقع تنفيذ برنامج التربية العملية وطبيعة الإشراف والتقويم، حيث أوضحت أن هناك العديد من الممارسات والنوحي الإيجابية في البرنامج، ولكنها رصدت عدد من المظاهر السلبية التي تقتضي معالجة وتطويرا، وفي نهاية الدراسة تم وضع بعض التوصيات والمقترحات في ضوء ما أسفرت عنه من نتائج. |

| Alternative Abstract | This study aims to declare the occasion of the supervision of practical education in Qatar University Faculty of Education to prove this the researcher had done a questionnaire consisted of two parts; one collecting educational qualification, graduation, demography and .experience in supervision The other part concentrate on the (role/occasion) supervision on .educational field which the supervisor does This study contains 50 of practical education supervisors, the result that had been analyzed and declared. The results of the study describes the occasion of the practical education program and the nature of the supervision and repairing. Also the study explained that there are lots of positive and negative matters in the program. It recorded some negative matters on its features which should be repaired and .improved At the end of the study there were some recommendations and .suggestions according to what had discussed |
