Spectroscopic Studies On Some Methylphosphonothioic Diamides And Related Compounds

Abstract

A series of methylphosphonothioic diamides MrP (S) (NHR)., ( R = Mr, pr' and Bu') and some related compounds viz, PhP(S)(NHBu)a ,P1^P(S) ( NHCHJ'h ) arc preparpd and their infrared, n.m.r. and mass spectra arc- recorded. The V(P=S), M(P—C) and V(P—N) values are determined in each case and indicate very little effect of the substituents on these bond vibrations. On the bases of 'H, ^C and ^P n.m.r. spectroscopic data it was shown that the spectra of all diamides agree with the expected structures with the exception ofPr' and Bu' diamides where the 'H and ^C n.m.r. of the methyl groups of the Pr' or Bu' groups showed nonequivaleiicc.

يعني هذا البحث بدراسات طيفية لبعض المركبات ثنائي الأميف ات لمثيل الفسفونوثيويك وكذلك بعض المركبات المتعلقة بها وقد اشتمل البحث على تحضير هذه المركبات وكذة لك إجراء القياسات الطيفية لها ومنها تحليل أطياف الأشعة دون الحمراء والرنين النووي المغناطيعمي لكل من الأنولة لما ا ، ع ى أ ، ش اى وكذلك تحليل أطياف الكتلة . وقد أوضحت الدراسات تحديد الأشكال الفراغية لجميع ا؟المركبات وكذلك طبيعة الروابط بها كما أوضحت دراسة الرنين النووي لأنويه لا( وكذلك ح ى( لبعض المرجمبات على وجود بعض الظواهر الفراغية الشاذة . وجدير بالذكر ان هذه المركبات تعتبر المواد الأسماسية لتحضمير بعض المشتقات والتي يتوقع أن يكبى ن لها نشاط بيولوجي فعال مضاد لمرض السرطان .
