| Abstract | لقد ساھمت المداخلات القیّمة التي ألقیت خلال جلسات ھذا المؤتمر والتوصیات المختلفة التي تم اقتراحھا خلال الیومین الأخیرین، في رسم معالم الطریق إلى مزید تعزیز البنیة التحتیة التشریعیة القطریة والدولیة في مجال القانون الریاضي، حتى یكون من ضمن إرث كأس العالم 2022 مزید دعم التناسق الممیّز بین بنیة تحتیة ریاضیة راقیة أصبحت تزدان بھا مدینة الدوحة، وبنیة تحتیة تشریعیة و تحكیمیة ناجعة وفعالة تجعل من دولة قطر الوجھة الأولى المفضّلة فیما یتعلّق بتنظیم الفعالیات الریاضیة العالمیة قبل كأس العالم 2022 وبعده. كما ساھمت تلك المداخلات والتوصیات، وبعد أن أنشأت اللجنة الأولمبیة القطریة ماجستیر تنفیذي یتعلق بقانون الریاضة، في تعزیز الاقتناع لدى كلیة القانون بجامعة قطر بأھمیة تدریس مقرر خاص بقانون الریاضة، إسھاما منھا في نشر الثقافة القانونیة المتعلّقة بقانون الریاضة. |

| Alternative Abstract | After reviewing the papers presented at the Law and Sport Conference, we find that the relationship between the law and sport is based on influence from both sides. This is mainly manifested in two areas: organizing sporting events and the relationship of athletes with sports clubs. For organizing sport events, the role of sport and law is presented in organizing what is known as “sport nationality”, and how it is gained and what rules regulate it. As well as streaming live sport events which is a trend nowadays. The role of sport and law is also shown through the protection against sports crimes such as sports violence and the use of sports stimulants. The Papers presented at the Conference dealt with these issues and gave some recommendations addressing these issues. As for the second area in which the impact of the law on sports is reflected is the relationship of players to sports clubs, it was necessary to determine the necessary legal adaptation of the relationship between players and sport clubs, which is a fixed-term labour contract. Then we examined the issues and different manners to finance players' transfer. We also explained the legal nature of the sport Mediator's contract, which is a service contract of a special type. We also had to address the liability of the civil athlete in which it was concluded that not every sport fault is necessarily a civil fault. In addition, the research paper addressed the texts developed by the International Federation of Football for the Protection of minor players, and how the Court of Arbitration for Sports has expanded the interpretation of these texts to provide maximum protection. And finally, the paper tried to emphasize on the main general recommendations that help in the development and improvement of the sport juridical infrastructure to ensure a perfect organization of international sport events in Qatar |
