| Abstract | تهدف هذه دراسة إلى استجلاء علاقة الإسلام بالمسيحية في العصر النبوي، والمحددات الحاكمة المستنبطة من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية لهذه العلاقة، وما زخرت به سيرة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم العطرة، إذ تعمل دراسة على تأصيل العلاقة بين الإسلام والمسيحية تأصيلًا يفتح الآفاق المستقبلية للتعامل مع الآخر المسيحي، ويشكل منهجاً أمثل للتعامل دون إفراط أو تفريط بما يتناسب مع الشرع الحنيف. ومن ثم فقد تناولتُ الموضوع من خلال بحث الوجود المسيحي وقت ظهور الإسلام، وأهم المنطلقات الإسلامية في التعامل مع المسيحيين في بواكير هذه العلاقة، وصولًا إلى الكيفيات العملية لصياغة النموذج الأمثل في العلاقة بين الإسلام والمسيحية. ومن أبرز ما توصلت إليه: أن ظهور الإسلام صاحَبه انتشاراً مسيحيا غلب عليه التفرق الجغرافي والاختلاف المذهبي، وجاء الإسلام بمنطلقات دينية ودنيوية، تمثل نموذجاً أمثل في إدارة العلاقة مع الآخر المسيحي في حالتي السلم والحرب، ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة: نشر الوعي بالمبادئ الإسلامية الأصيلة في العلاقة مع الآخر داخل المجتمع وخارجه، عن طريق المدارس، والجامعات، ووزارة الأوقاف، وإقامة الندوات والمؤتمرات. |

| Alternative Abstract | This study aims to elucidate the relationship of Islam with Christianity in the Prophetic era, the ruling determinants deduced from the Holy Qur’an and the Prophetic Sunnah for this relationship, and what the fragrant biography of the Prophet abounded with. An optimal approach to dealing without exaggeration or negligence in line with the true Sharia. Hence, this study dealt with this topic by examining the Christian presence at the time of the emergence of Islam, and the most important Islamic premises in dealing with Christians in the early days of this relationship, leading to practical methods for composing the ideal model in the relationship between Islam and Christianity. Among the most essential findings it reached: that the emergence of Islam was accompanied by a Christian spread which was dominated by geographical and communal differences, and Islam came with religious and worldly premises, which represented an ideal model in managing the relationship with the Christian in both cases of peace and war, and one of the most important recommendations of the study is: Spreading awareness of authentic Islamic principles in the relationship with both inside and outside community, through schools, universities, the Ministry of Awqaf, and holding seminars and conferences is a great step towards establishing the required awareness |
