This study aims to investigate the Impact of the Qatari Female teachers' attitudes towards the sociological subjects as well as their feeling of job satisfaction on their primary stage female students' scholastic achievement. It is also meant to elicit the differences between the individual pupils' scholastic achievements that can be ascribed to the teachers' attitudes and job satisfac¬tion.
The study sample is made up of 43 female teachers belonging to 24 girl schools and of 3532 girl pupils 117 of whom are 5the and 6th-grade pupils, they were given attiude and job satisfaction tests. The results demonstrate the existence of statistically significant in the pupils' achievement in their sociological subnject whose teachers evince discrepant attitudes. The high achievers' teachers have manifested high degree of the feeling of job satisfac¬tion. Similarly, the pupils whose teachers have demonstrated more positive attitudes towards the subject they teach, have achieved highly in the sociolog¬ical subjects. Nevertheless, on statistically significant differences have been found the could be ascribed to the teachers' attitudes and feelings of job stisfaction jointly. |
