| Abstract | يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز إمكانية تحديد معالم علم الأشباه والنظائر في علم أصول الفقه من خلال النظر في العلاقة بين مسألتي مفهوم اللقب والتعليل بالاسم» وفق محاور أساسية تتمثل في الآتي:
1. بيان المراد بالأشباه والنظائر في أصول الفقه.
2 إبراز المسالك المبينة لحقائق المسائل الأصولية وعلاقة بعضها ببعض.
3. بيان حقيقة مفهوم اللقب والتعليل بالاسم، ومواقف أهل العلم منهما.
4. بيان العلاقة بينهما في ضوء المسالك الكاشفة لحقائق المسائل الأصولية وعلاقة
ولمعالجة ذلك تم الدمج بين المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لأنهما كفيلان بتحقيق المقصود
من هذه الدراسة» وقد خلص البحث إلى جملة نتائج أهمها:
1. التقارب الشديد بين المصطلحين في ضوء المسالك الكاشفة لحقائق المسائل الأصولية
وعلاقة بعضها ببعض.
2. الاضطراب في النقل والاختيار في خصوص المصطلحين. |

| Alternative Abstract | This research aims to highlight the possibility of identifying the features of the
science of Likes Of and Substitutes in Fiqh Principles by looking at the relationship
between Maf'houm Al-Lqab and Reasoning By Name, focusing on the following areas:
1. Explanation of what is meant by Likes Of and Substitutes in Fiqh Principles .
2. Highlighting the methods that reveal the reality of the Fiqh Principles Terms
and their relationship to each other .
3. Explanation the reality of Maf'houm Al-Lqab and Reasoning by Name, and
the attitudes of scholars towards them.
4. Explaining the relationship between them according to the methods that
reveal the realities of the Matters of the Fiqh Principles and their relationship
to each other.
To address this, the descriptive and analytical approach was combined because
they are sufficient to achieve the intended purpose of this study. The research concluded
with several results, the most important of which are :
1. The close proximity between the two terms according to the methods that
reveal the realities of the Fiqh Principles Terms and their relationship to
each other .
2. Disturbance in transcription and choice regarding the two terms. |
