| الملخص | يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز إمكانية تحديد معالم علم الأشباه والنظائر في علم أصول الفقه من خلال النظر في العلاقة بين مسألتي مفهوم اللقب والتعليل بالاسم» وفق محاور أساسية تتمثل في الآتي: 1. بيان المراد بالأشباه والنظائر في أصول الفقه. 2 إبراز المسالك المبينة لحقائق المسائل الأصولية وعلاقة بعضها ببعض. 3. بيان حقيقة مفهوم اللقب والتعليل بالاسم، ومواقف أهل العلم منهما. 4. بيان العلاقة بينهما في ضوء المسالك الكاشفة لحقائق المسائل الأصولية وعلاقة ولمعالجة ذلك تم الدمج بين المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لأنهما كفيلان بتحقيق المقصود من هذه الدراسة» وقد خلص البحث إلى جملة نتائج أهمها: 1. التقارب الشديد بين المصطلحين في ضوء المسالك الكاشفة لحقائق المسائل الأصولية وعلاقة بعضها ببعض. 2. الاضطراب في النقل والاختيار في خصوص المصطلحين. |

The close proximity between the two terms according to the methods that reveal the realities of the Fiqh Principles Terms and their relationship to each other . 2. Disturbance in transcription and choice regarding the two terms. |
