| Abstract | تبحث هذه الدراسة في التحيّزات الثقافية لبرنامج إعلامي مهم، هو برنامج (افتح يا سمسم)، في نسخته العربي ة الجديدة التي صدرت عام 2015 ، وعرضت في شهر سبتمبر من العام نفسه على قنوات "سبيستون "و " أجيال " و" تلفزيون ج" . وبما أن أصل برنامج "افتح يا سمسم" يعود إلى مسلسل أمريكي اسمه "شارع سمسم" رأت الدراسة أن تبحث في مدى قدرة البرنامج العربي على التخلص من التحيزات الثقافية للبرنامج الأصلي، ولاسيما أنه صُنع لثقافة أجنبية تغاير الثقافة العربية الإسلامية، وبناء على ذلك عمدت إلى تبني مشروع "فقه التحيّز" الذي أطلقه عبد الوهاب المسيري، ليكون أداةً منهجيةً لتبيان التحيزات الثقافية الكامنة في برنامج (افتح يا سمسم) ومظاهر تجليها . وعلى هذا الأساس، قامت إشكالية الدراسة على اختبارين، يتعلق الأول بمدى نجاعة مشروع (فقه التحيز) لاكتشاف التحيزات الكامنة في النصوص، ويتعلق الآخر بقدرة الدراسة نفسها على كشف تلك التحيزات. وإذ تتبنى الدراسة ما سماه المسيري (فقه التحيّز) فإنها تعي أنه ليس منهجًا مستقلًا وإن - كان المسيري يدعو إلى جعله كذلك بل تجليًا من تجليات النقد الثقافي، وهذا ما سهّل على - الدراسة تبني آليات "النقد الثقافي" في دراستها التطبيقية؛ لأهميته في سبر التحيُّزات غير المقصودة، ولقدرته على كشف الأنساق المضمرة الكامنة في النصوص، أيًّا كان نوعها، ولقدرته على رصد الأنظمة الثقافية السارية في النص، من غير أن تفوت الدراسة الإشارة إلى أن طبيعتها وتوجهها قد يدفعانها، عندما يقتضي الأمر، إلى الانفتاح على حقول منهجية قريبة مثل السيميائية . ولتحقيق الغرض من الدراسة جُعلت في فصلين، تسبقهما مقدمة، وتتلوهما خاتمة، ثم قائمة المصادر والمراجع، يهتم الفصل الأول بالتحيّزات اللغوية في برنامج (افتح يا سمسم)، ويختص الفصل الثاني برصد التحيزات المشهدية في الفعل الثقافي والصو رة الثقافية . |

| Alternative Abstract | This study examines the cultural biases of an important media program, "Iftah Ya Simsim", in its new Arabic version, which released in 2015, and shown in September 2015 on Space-toon, Ajyal and J TV channels. Since the origin of “Iftah ya Simsim” program goes back to an american series called “Sesame Street”, The study had an observation that the research should examine the ability of the Arabic programs, to get rid of the cultural biases of the original program, especially that it was made from a foreign culture, that is different from Arabic Islamic Culture. Accordingly, it proceeded to Adoption of the "Jurisprudence of Prejudice" project launched by Abdel Wahab El-Messiri, as amethodological tool to clarify the cultural biases inherent in the "Iftah ya Simsim" program and their manifestations. On this basis, the study based on two tests, the first related to the efficacy of the (Jurisprudence of Bias) project to discover the biases inherent in the texts of the programs in general, and the other test related to the ability of the study itself to detect these biases. As the study adopts what El-Messiri called (the jurisprudence of bias); It is aware that it is not an independent approach - even if El-Mesiri calls for making it so – but rather one of the manifestations of cultural criticism, and this is what made it easier for the study to adopt the mechanisms of “cultural criticism” in its applied study; Because of its importance in probing unintended biases, and for its ability to reveal the latent patterns inherent in texts, of any kind, and for its ability to monitor the cultural systems that are found in the text, without missing the study pointing out that the orientation may force it, when necessary, to open up the fields of the methodology as close as semiotics. To achieve the purpose of the study, it was divided into two chapters, preceded by an introduction, followed by a conclusion, and then a list of sources and references while The first chapter is concerned with linguistic biases in the program (Iftah Ya simsim), and the second chapter is concerned with observing the biases in the scene regarding the cultural action and cultural image. |
