الملخصThis paper presents novel three-phase dc-ac inverters based on extended boost impedance source structure which are term as hybrid extended boost T-source inverters (HEB?SI). These topologies are obtained from combining a diode - capacitor assisted extended boost impedance source network with coupled inductors based on a ?-structure. Contrary to hybrid assisted extended boost impedance source converter, the proposed inverters can increase the voltage gain without using second or more extensions structures. Since in each extension, several elements, including three diodes and three capacitors with two inductors, must be added to the primary circuit to attain the desired level of the voltage, the proposed topologies offer higher voltage gain just by using the first extension design; thereby it leads reducing in size and cost of the system. As a result, the utilized transformer can raise the voltage gain with reduced turns ratio as well as in a small duty cycle. So, in renewable energy sources applications which high boost factor (even more than 10) is required, introduced topologies are applicable. Furthermore, dc-link voltages in all inverters are clamped to capacitors of impedance networks which can reduce the effects of leakage inductance in coupled inductors. Proposed structures drain continuous current from a source that makes them suitable for photovoltaic or fuel cell systems. Simulations in MATLAB software are performed to testify the proposed inverters.
