| Abstract | يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرّف إلى مظاهر الاحتراق النفسي لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد ومتلازمة داون، والكشف عن فاعلية البرنامج العلاجي في التقليل من آثار الاحتراق النفسي ومظاهره، لدى أمهات أطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد ومتلازمة داون. استخدم الباحثون المنهج شبه التجريبي، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (40) امرأةً من أمهات الأطفال؛ بواقع (20) امرأةً من أمهات ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، و(20) امرأةً من أمهات الأطفال ذوي متلازمة داون، وكان تقسيمهن بالتساوي إلى مجموعتين؛ تجريبية، وضابطة. وقد اقتُرح هذا البرنامجٌ العلاجي لتخفيف حدة الاحتراق النفسي عند أمهات الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد ومتلازمة داون، في الجمعية الكويتية لرعاية المعاقين. أسفر البحث عن مجموعة من النتائج، تمثلت في وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي في درجة الاحتراق النفسي، لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد؛ ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي في درجة الاحتراق النفسي لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي اضطراب متلازمة داون، وهذا يعني نجاح البرنامج المقترح في تحقيق أهدافه في التقليل من حدة الاحتراق النفسي لدى المجموع التجريبية. وقد وضع الباحثون مقترحات عملية بناءً على تلك النتيجة. |

| Alternative Abstract | This study aims to investigate the aspects of psychological burnout among mothers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Down syndrome, and the effectiveness of the therapeutic program in reducing the effects and aspects of psychological burnout among mothers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Down syndrome. The researchers used the semi-experimental approach. The sample comprised (40) women: (20) mothers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and (20) mothers of children with Down syndrome. They were divided equally into two groups: the experimental group and another control group. A training program was proposed to reduce the severity of psychological combustion among mothers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Down syndrome— at the Kuwait Society for the Handicapped (KSH). The study concluded a set of results: There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of pre and post applications in the degree of psychological combustion among mothers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder; and there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the pre and post applications in the degree of psychological combustion among mothers of children with Down syndrome. This means the success of the program in achieving its goals in reducing the severity of psychological combustion for the experimental group. The researchers developed practical proposals and suggestions based on that result. |
