| Abstract | يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز مسألة مهمة من مسائل الزكاة تتعلق بمدى إمكان ضم الأموال الزكوية بعضها إلى بعض في إكمال النصاب لإخراج الزكاة، وقد بحثتها بحثا فقهيا مقارنا في مباحث ثلاثة: ففي المبحث الأول بينت إمكان ضم الذهب إلى الفضة في إكمال النصاب، وترجح أن ضمهما أقوى من عدمه لما فيه من منفعة تعود على الفقير. وفي المبحث الثاني بينت إمكان ضم الزروع والثمار إلى بعضها في إخراج الزكاة، وترجح أن ضم الحنطة إلى الشعير أقوى من عدمه لما يعود على الفقير من منفعة ، وفي المبحث الثالث أثبت اتفاق الفقهاء على عدم جواز ضم أجناس الماشية (الابل، والبقر والغنم) بعضها إلى بعض في إكمال النصاب، بحلاف أنواعه فيجوز ضمها . |

| Alternative Abstract | This research aims to highlight an important matter concerning the possibility of joining the resources of Zakah to meet the amount necessary to bring out the Zakah. This comparative juristic study is divided into three parts: the first part shows the possibility of joining gold and silver to meet the prescribed amount for Zakah, it also states that ruling in favor of joining these two resources is stronger than ruling against it as it is in the best interest of the poor. The second part shows the possibility of joining fruits and plants, this part also states that joining wheat and barley is better than not joining them as it benefits the poor. The third part proves that the jurists (foqaha) unanimously ruled against joining the different species of cattle (camels, cows and sheep) to meet the necessary sum for Zakah, but that they have allowed joining the different kinds within the same species. |
