| Abstract | تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على العوامل التي تقف وراء انتشار ظاهرة التقاعد المبكر بين المعلمات القطريات في مدارس التعليم العام بدولة قطر، وللوصول إلى تحقيق أهداف الدراسة الحالية تم القيام بدراسة ميدانية على عينة من المعلمات القطريات اللاتي يخططن للتقاعد، وقد تم استخدام استبانة من إعداد الباحثة تكونت من (41) عبارة طبقت على عينة مكونة من (395) معلمة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود عوامل متعددة تدفع بالمعلمة القطرية إلى التفكير في طلب التقاعد، وقد أتت هذه العوامل حسب أهميتها على النحو التالي: عوامل إدارية، عوامل الاجتماعية، عوامل مهنية وعوامل شخصية. وفي نهاية الدراسة تم تقديم بعض التوصيات، والتي ترى الباحثة أنها سوف تحد من العوامل التي تدفع المعلمة القطرية إلى التقاعد المبكر |

| Alternative Abstract | This study aimed at pointing out the reasons of the phenomenon of Qatari female teachers early retirement from the general public School in the state of Qatar. The study included a Field study with a questionnaire used to answer the main questions of the study. Sample of (395) female Qatari teachers participated in the field study. Results show different variables related to administrative, social, professional and personal factors Cause the early retirement. Recommendations were made to help reducing the occurrence of the early retirement of the Qatari female teachers. |
