| الملخص | هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة رضا المتفوقين ومعلميهم في مدارس الملك عبد الله الثاني للتميز عن الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على الفروق الدالة إحصائيًا في درجة رضا المتفوقين عن الخدمات المقدمة وفق متغير الجنس، ومستوى تعليم الأب، ومستوى تعليم الأم، ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائيًا في درجة رضا معلمي المتفوقين وفق متغير الجنس، والتخصص، والمؤهل العلمي. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة طَور الباحثون مقياس درجة رضا المتفوقين ومعلميهم في مدارس الملك عبد الله الثاني للتميز عن الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة، المكون من أربعة أبعاد (البرامج الإثرائية، وطرق التدريس، والخدمات الإرشادية، والتسهيلات التربوية). تكونت عينة الدراسة من (34) معلمًا ومعلمة، و(146) طالبًا وطالبة من الصفين الأول والثاني الثانوي في مدارس الملك عبد الله الثاني للتميز التابعة لمحافظتي عجلون وإربد، خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2018/2019، وقد اختيروا بالطريقة الميسرة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة رضا المتفوقين ومعلميهم عن الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة جاءت جميعها بدرجة متوسطة. وأشارت النتائج أيضًا إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا في درجة رضا المتفوقين تعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس، ومستوى تعليم الأب، ومستوى تعليم الأم، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عن الرضا عن الخدمات المقدمة للمتفوقين من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس، والتخصص، والمؤهل العلمي. |

| الملخص البديل | This study aimed to reveal the degree of satisfaction of talented students and their teachers at the king Abdullah II School for Excellence with the services provided to students. It also aimed at finding the differences of statistical significance in the degree of satisfaction of the students with the services provided to them, based on the variables of gender, father’s level of education and mother’s level of education. In addition, to find out whether there are differences of statistical significance in the degree of satisfaction of outstanding students’ teachers according to the variables of gender, specialization and academic qualification. To achieve the goal of the study, the researchers developed a measure of the degree of satisfaction of outstanding students and their teachers in King Abdullah II School for Excellence with the services provided to students; the measure consisted of four dimensions: (enrichment programs, teaching methods, counseling programs, and educational facilities). The study sample consisted of (34) teachers and (146) students, males and females, from the first and second secondary grades at King Abdullah II School for Excellence, which is located in Ajloun and Irbid, during the first semester of the academic year 2018/2019, and they were selected through purposive sampling. The study results revealed that the degrees of satisfaction of the excellent students and their teachers with the services provided to the students were all intermediate. In addition, the results revealed that there were no differences of statistical significance in the degree of satisfaction of the talented students attributable to the variables of gender, father’s level of education and mother’s level of education, and that there were no differences of statistical significance in the degree of satisfaction of the outstanding students from the teachers’ perspective attributable to the variables of gender, specialization and academic qualification. |
