الملخصPeople performance in any organization is the key factor of succeeding the organization with regardless of nature business. The higher education sector of any country is considered one of the sectors which really pay attention on achieving their goals successfully. The numerous difficulties that employees need to face because of the dynamism of working environment had brought about troubles for employees to keep up their job performance. Employees are considered the most imperative element that determines the success of an organization. Thus, this research focus on the factors those positively affect the employees’ performance through job satisfaction, leadership and training by taking role ambiguity as a moderating variable in the in higher education of KSA.
