QU admits 5,000 students, hires 200 teachers

| Description | More than 5,000 students have been admitted to various programmes at Qatar University for the coming academic year. The university has also appointed 200 new teachers in view of the increasing number of students and new programmes. There has been a steady increase in the number of students at the university every year, and the 5,000 have been admitted in some 63 specialisations. |
