| Abstract | تناولت هذه الدراسة الخصوصية الإجرائية التي جاء بها المشرع القطري في قانون إنشاء محكمة الاستثمار والتجارة، رغبة منه في إرساء مبدأ التخصص القضائي في المنازعات التجارية، وتحقيق العدالة الناجزة ومحاربة بطء التقاضي، حيث خرج في ظل القانون الأخير عن بعض القواعد الإجرائية المعمول بها في ظل قانون المرافعات المدنية والتجارية. حيث جاءت نصوص إنشاء محكمة الاستثمار والتجارة ببعض الخصوصية لإجراءات التقاضي وذلك من بدء الدعوى القضائية، مروراً بإجراءات السير فيها، وانتهاء بطرق الطعن عليها، كما استحدث القانون الأخير مكتبا لإدارة الدعوى وهو نظام يطبق لأول مرة في النظام القضائي القطري وعليه سنتناول في هذه الدراسة خصوصية إجراءات التقاضي أمام محكمة الاستثمار والتجارة. |

| Alternative Abstract | This study dealt with the Procedural Privacy presented by the Qatari Legislator on the law establishing the Investment and Trade Court, desiring to establish the principle of judicial specialization in commercial disputes, achieving prompt justice and fighting slow litigation, as, under the last law, some of the applicable procedural rules under the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law came out. Whereas the texts establishing the Investment and Trade Court provided some privacy for the litigation procedures, this is starting with the lawsuit, through its proceedings, and ending with the methods of appeal against it. The latest law also created Case Management Office, which is a system applied for the first time in the Qatari judicial system. Accordingly, we will address the privacy of litigation procedures before the Investment and Trade Court in this study. |
